OMG how bad is it!!! the crappy jokes are just lame.... me and my boss are top gears fans the british version i cant believe they swapped it for this i mean yeah it is australian but come on.... they copied pretty much everything!!! last night episode was the 1st episode i've watched it only took 10 minutes before a changed it!...... its like there reading off a script or something. Even when they showed the commy vs ford WTF was up with the "and i thought we should warm the tyres up!" showed the same video clip of them doing donuts 3 or 4 times wasnt even funny! Maybe they should of had Top gear UK go to Australia and have a whole series here that would been better!

Yeah chrome wipers are coming.... i looked on ebay lol search hilux chrome! thats all i search....... but yeah there selling these indicator cover things like a car badge but its sits over the light yeah i love all the chrome on the car a bit of a head turner specially where i live they all love hiluxs, I'm sort of in the country area but its not really that far out of town but yeah i've seen only the models 2001 and lower year hiluxs so far in my area that are chromed up. There not bad but i dont like the flat fronts now for some reason. mines a bit bubble at the front to the lower models.

yeah 20" is on my list but the ute is kinda my work ute as well and chromies would get trashed i reckon but yeah actually saving for a hiace for work and so that the hilux is just for personal use........ but my mate had showed me a few hilux pictures with the ford territory rims 17" TX model it actually doesnt look to bad just gotta get a lower profile tyres put on the ford rims...... But yea got my eyes on some 20" i might buy in the future. this is a picture i found of a hilux with the ford rims?

I dunno i haven't actually looked under the seats. I might go check it out..... i was actually thinking about buying another whole back seat but just the top half and mounting the sub in the middle seat making a bit more space for a box in the back behind it but i haven't figured out how i would seal it properly around where i cut the foam out haha, maybe fiberglass. but yeah if you think about it this way yeah it would be insane seeing the sub in the middle seat but at the same time it could it might be really hard to do and may look dodgy......so yeah haha no harm in trying! I'm also looking on car audio sites for custom installs haven't really found much with dual cab hilux's just singlecab's

Hey all I'm new to this site Just thought i might show you my 2004 Dual Cab Hilux, 2.7 efi, 5speed I've had it for about 5 months now. So far i've just saved up and bought all the chrome trims slowly doesn't look 2 bad "love the chrome". I've decided to lower it although i do like lux's as well when there raises up monster truck style (The look so tough!) but I've gone for the mini truck sorta style. I've have lowered the front and back so far but had to raise the front just because it was sitting on the rubbers. so yeah let me know what u think. Gotta love Toyota's!

Hey i have a dual cab hilux 2004 model and there not that much room behind the back seats, just want to know if anyone has a sub box or something they have custom made to fit in the space behind the seat. I did have my 12" sub sitting on the back seat for a while but it got in the way. I'm thinking about making a custom enclosure behind the back seat but before i do it I'm just seeing if anyone has tried it. Cheer :D
