  1. What's the stock Sportivo time these days? In the 100kw SX Seca I got down into 68sec or 67sec range toward the end (back when it was $60/day). Close to stock it was 70sec. My car's not selling, so I'll probably start going to sprints just to get some use out of it.
  2. Who are you with? RACQ Why? Price? Service? Price How much (if you don't mind me asking) Covered for around 23k. How many mods can you have with them? Points system: wheels + tinting + brakes + lowering = maxed out. Premium costs? $60 a month = $720. $660 if you pay the year. Age of driver? 26 Any other important info? Rating 1.
  3. Have DMS coilovers in For Sale section see my sig.
  4. This wasn't perhaps Tempe Tyres was it? :P
  5. Thanks, Yep it's pretty sweet, except the brakes get really loud as soon as they get wet, and it's been raining every morning up here for a week. Rode in to work today for the first time - 15Km from Everton Park to Albert St took 50min so that's 18Km/hr I think. Those tyres have a continuous center line down the middle - pretty good compromise for hardpack.

  7. Every single corolla sportivo has this issue. I've really lost faith in Toyota. I replaced mine with RDA rotors. Best thing to do is get it fixed under warranty every time it happens, then out of warranty replace with aftermarket.
  8. I'd get 16's if possible. 17's greatly reduce your ride comfort I found :( And they don't even look that big...
  9. Bob Jane Toombul Pros: They have or had a bloke there who knows his stuff about alignments - Steve - i think. Cons: I had the car BOOKED for an alignment and balance for 9am on a Saturday. I got there before 9:00. I told them I didn't have anything to do except wait for it to be done. They didn't even start on it till 10:30. Finished at 11:30. After trying so many different places I thought i'd finally found a decent one, I won't be going back there again.
  10. Update 3: Went to Bob Jane Toombul, had it booked in at 9am, they didn't start till 10:30. When they finally finished at 11:30, they said each wheel was out by 20g. So Tempe didn't balance any of the wheels either in addition to not doing the pressures or anything else correctly.
