  1. Just to recap. Cost on the DBA front rotors to suit: 4000 Series Std $165 each 4000 Series Slotted $247.50 each 4000 Series XS $280.50 each On top of that you need the adapter rings (one off purchase), which are $65 per rotor, and CNC machined out of billet (work of art).
  2. The 4000 series XS are also Kangaroo paw, but you're correct in saying that for track work, you'd be better off with just a normal slotted rotor. Also, the DBA options are now in stock!! Also we've got a current special at the moment of free shipping on DBA rotor till the end of July.

But keep in mind a few things: - The RDA gold dimpled are lower in performance than a normal straight slotted (in either RDA or DBA) and are purely for looks. - The 4000 series are made here, versus the RDA (all) which are made overseas. Although the slotting/dimpling and gold passivating is done locally. - The 4000 Series has extra's like thermal marking paint which can be handy if you're using the car on the track or for heavy duty use. - The 4000 series has painted centre hats and outside face, versus the gold passivating that tends to tarnish over time. Between the 4000 Series Slotted and RDA Gold you're getting a better performing rotor at a lower cost. It's not like you're getting a worse rotor and making a saving.
  4. Hi Guys, Just to let you know in the coming days we'll off the shelf front rotors to suit TRD Aurion (not Corvette based). These rotors aren't modified in any way shape or form (ie. no elliptical stud holes or double drilling), but will required the use of a reusable custom spacer ring. The cost of the rings are $65 each, which although expensive, allow the use of much cheaper rotors (better in the long run) and also follows the taper of the internal flange, providing a near perfect flush fit on both side, ie. they're not just a straight 62mm spacer. Also running this spacer and rotor combination means no cost in getting the rotor studs modified either now or in the future. Cost on the DBA rotors to suit: 4000 Series Std $165 each 4000 Series Slotted $247.50 each 4000 Series XS $280.50 each 5000 Series Slotted $429 each (replacement ring $305 each) 5000 Series Cross Drilled $575 each (replacement ring $345 each) Cost on the RDA rotors to suit: Std $165 each Slotted $395 for the pair Gold Passivated Slotted and Dimpled $539 for the pair At the moment we've got free shipping on DBA rotors (till end of July), so a pair of 4000 Series Slotted with rings to suit would be $620 delivered.   5. It's Remsa :P And yep, they're a phenomenally good pad for the money. Rated to 650 degrees (100 degrees better than Bendix Ultimate or QFM HPX), whilst having features like relief grooves and shamfers in the pad material that the HPX do not. Remsa is what we've been supplying to high performance street road cars like Porsche and Ferrari for many years (where noise and rotor wear simply isn't acceptable), but the pricing has now become such that we're now able to expand it to most road cars. Remsa to suit TRD Aurion are $105 for the front, and $79 for the rear.

Front QFM HPX (Bendix Ultimate equivalent but very low dust and rotor wear) $110 QFM A1RM (Ferodo DS2500 or Bendix SRT equivalent) $149 Rear QFM HPX $79 QFM A1RM $119 The Aurion fronts are special, most QFM pad are the same price front and rear as the rears quoted above.   7. Chuck, Without being overly familiar with the ST16x range, do you have any specs on the rotors your car has? Is it 4 or 5 stud? The rotor hat height (total height)??? I've got 3 different listings for ST16x, but they've all got roughly the same height, only number of studs and diameter varies... Cheers, Greg

  9. how much would i be looking at for a set of the QFMs? What stores would stock them? Ta http://www.qfmperformance.com Quick run down on the pads: - The HPX is a Bendix Ultimate type performance pad, good for about 550 degrees, whilst being virtually dust free, and low rotor wear. - The A1RM is a Ferodo DS2500 type performance pad, good for about 780 degrees, but will still work from dead cold (A1RM and HPX have the same cold friction), and relatively low dust and rotor wear. I run the A1RM in both my daily road car and rally car and it isn't a compromise in either. Depends on what pads you've got in your Corolla. Most of the pads (except for DB1431 and some of the SA ones) are available at standard QFM prices, $79 per axle set in HPX, and $119 per axle set in A1RM. Where pads are covered by QFM's normal range need to be custom made, the pricing is $110 per axle set in HPX, and $149 per axle set in A1RM. Regards, Greg
  10. The short answer is no, they don't have them ready to go. The long answer is that if you want them, we can definitely get them made. The street/track 40mm stuff would be somewhere between the $3.5k-$4k mark for a full set, depending on how I'd have to source standard struts to send DMS. If you could get several people interested it could bring the price down, and I'd reckon Camry/Aurion would be the same, just heavier front springs...
  11. Yeah, unfortunately as they are for most people... The other option though with DMS is that you can always just order either front or rear, and then get the other one later. Generally works out about the same price anyway...
  12. hey mate, im looking to spend upto 2k on coilovers (not installed). any idea on how much DMS charge? do you have to send stock springs or can u get a set of springs say pedders and send them them? cheers Springs aren't an issue, DMS liaise with other spring manufacturers on what spring rate would be required for a certain vehicle, and being a coilover type, standard type springs won't be of help anyhow. Unfortunately though $2k isn't going to buy DMS. Have a quick squiz at http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...showtopic=18561 and you'll see that DMS starts at about the $3400ish mark. I know it's out of my people's range, but you get way you pay for, and DMS just isn't in the same league as D2/G4/KSport/Tein in terms of both quality, handling AND ride.
  13. Thanks for the plug Wayne! Yep, DMS do have a set of ZZE Sportivo coilovers in stock ready to go that was on their massive 'it's taking up room needs to go sale'! It's come from DMS, it's not a cheap gimmick we're doing to generate business (mainly because that's well below regular cost!!!), but it is something that won't stay there forever, once that set is sold, it's sold, and subsequent sets would be full price of $3400ish. So if you're chasing a set, get in quick! They're listed out of DMS as just shocks, not including springs, and are being sold for $1850, or $2510 with springs. So the option is there to buy just the shocks, then worry about springs later, or source them cheaper direct from someone like Kings or Eibach. The DMS springs are pretty expensive because they're both a variable wind and thickness, and if you can afford them are definitely worth it. Any questions on them feel free to give us a bell.   14. How much are you guys looking to spend on coilovers??? DMS will make coilovers for them if you can get your hands on a set of standard shocks to send them first. It's generally no more expensive to have a 1 off set made because then they have specs, than it is to order something they've already done because it's all made on order anyway.
