  1. Does anyone know how the parking sensors would be affected by the tow bar? I have the genuine ugly toyota fitted tow bar. Sticks out quite a bit with the stupid mount for the electronics.
  2. Yes it is managing to produce the sound even though the battery is disconnected. How ... i have no idea.
  3. Battery has been disconnected now for about 20 mins and its still beeping! Grrrrr Does anyone know where the sound comes from to i can muffle it or something so it's not going off all night and keeping me awake?
  4. I wonder if disconnecting rhe battery to "reset" would do anything?
  5. Further to this i have taken the battery out of the remote and the car is still doing it. It seems a bit more random than every 5 mins though
  6. I have a stock ATX and today the car has started beeping approx every 5mins It emits 3 beeps with the same tone as when you unlock or lock the car Seems to only be happening while its parked but whilst driving home today we did hear the sounds but it maybe have only been 2 beeps. Anyone got any idea what this may be? Its gonna drive me nuts!
  7. yeah i just read through those 2 topics -- looks like a common thing among the toyota Personally i think its a little stupid and annoying. I can understand the light coming on with 10L left but not 20L Even with 10L left in the tank you not going to hurt anything. As i only have the base model i dont have a cruising range so i guess i'll just drive it till 600 - 650km on the clock before a refill. Kinda defeats the purpose of the fuel gauge. I manage to get 545km and filled up this morning and only managed 52L in. Bit of a relief coz i though i'd used way too much fuel for that distance.
  8. Does anyone know the threshold that triggers the fuel warning light to come on? Mine seems to come on with approx 20ltrs left in the tank which is about 150+ kms of driving
  9. Has anyone modified the factory Tow Bar to relocate the wiring loom so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb?
