  1. Lol ok. If we ever meet and I have the car, I'll let you drive it.

Yes Mick, you're one of them. Lol.

Hell. I'd probably let anyone drive it. But only once the fuel prices go down. I fuqn paid 151.9 tonight!!! Full tank too. Cost me $80!! Lol

I would have done a half fill, but I only saw the price after I finished filling her up. Haha.

God we pay that on a regular basis down in the poorer country. :P

So used to it that when I went up to brissy, i saw it was $1.19 or something for premium and i was OMFG WTF. :P lol Bloody qlders, dont pay taxes on thier fuel. :(

  2. Where are these pics Tash? :P Haha here is one i took at the servo while filling up. I hope you can make it out.

    LMFAO! I got it. :P

Also the pics and what not are on the way to me via express postage. Unfortunately Tash does not have the time to process photos (remove plates etc) for public use. So I will be doing it for her. I expect to get the DVD tomorrow and i'll have them mostly done by tomorrow night. I hope. :)

  3. On that diagram 'THA' and 'ETHA' form the wiring for the Intake Air Temperature sensor. So in other words, the colours you will be looking at is pink, and then green with red stripe.

Please don't tell me you are fitting an intake resistor mod.

I'll give you a dollar if he is.

  4. What a fantastic day it turned out to be! Megan and I had such a great time meeting you all. Those roads were just awesome! I haven't done something like that in a long time!! Good choice Tash! ;) Next time i'll bring out the rexy and give you all a run for your money hahaha!! JK! Should have brought it out, would have done it some good :)

Thanks again to tash for the organising! Its always a hard thing to do!

Hope to see you all again soon at the next meet or just out on the roads!

Look out for WREXXY too :D

It definitely was a fantastic day, am glad we all had an absolute blast! I'll be up for that cruise route again in future for sure :) Would love to see the rexy too James :D

On another note I checked out some of the piccies today and have a handle on the ones I want to post, problem for me is time...I will need to blank out number plates first and then put them up, I hope to get a lot of them up tomorrow night after touch footy or Thursday night after I drive home to Wangaratta, so apologies on the delay on getting my lot up :)

could always compress em all and send them to me and ill process em lol (blank out plates etc), your call. :) I'm dying to see em haha.

Also I got a small suprise coming from a friend of mine. Should be epic. :D

  5. I've finally made it home after having dinner at Grant's place.

Grant wanted me to let you all know that it was a very good experience for him as this was his first Cruise ever. He amongst many others were suprised the old AE92 was able to withstand so much keeping with the group and that he'll definately do it again. :)

As for what I have to say. Is today was the hardest I ever pushed my car trying to keep up with Simon (forgot ya forum name already lol (I am wrecked!)) between marysville and warburton. It was the biggest adrenaline rush I ever had in a LONG time. :) Next modification, RDA rotors! :) I want to thank Tash for the exceptional organisational skills she posesses! :) But next time we'll have to organise it as a group haha. :) Mt Macedon is a great idea too.

I have Grant's photos too but before I upload them, I want to know if anyone has issues with no plates etc so I can blank em out if wanted. :) Let me know. (Given that Lee has already blanked some out, i might do it anyway)

EDIT: I fudged up the photos but eh, here goes. :)

  6. Not to be a party pooper here but I'm going to pull the pin ............ on myself for this.

Don't think it would be wise with the kind of weather being forecast for tomorrow and seeing / hearing what happened today.

    Weather Forecast

Sorry dudes. Another time maybe ....

It's okay Guni. We understand. It's a real pain that the wather turned out this way but eh. We've worked so hard that we're not giving up. We're going for it!

  7. Got me all excited as well.

Speaking of drag times, such a shame, but I never got the opportunity to beat my personal best. So as it stands, the time for anyone here to beat is:

    14.131s @ 99.29mph

Come on guys, shows us what you've got.

I'd love to get even close to that but best I've done is 15.031s @ 96.33mph in stock trim.

Alot of this will be my body weight aswell as I weigh alot more than Daryl does. :P

  8. I might be out of this depending on weather and how I feel after arriving back late on Sunday. Also need to prepare for Monday's track day so ....

    ;)

    B)

    Oh no you dont. :P

    Yes I do.

Kinda buggered after working 6 days straight and got a track day to prep on Monday. If it rains on Sunday which it looks like it will, I'll have to skip as I got semis on and its a no no.

Lazy to chuck normal tyres back on unless someone wants to help ;)

Haha nah thats cool. I hope it doesn't rain but if it does I'm not sure heh.

  9. DONT GET THE MOONROOF... :(

i jumped in my car today after 3 days of it sitting there with all this rain... the roof is holding a lot of water... :(

Yep, somethings wrong with your moonroof. Shouldn't be holding THAT much water. I know you guys have had ****loads of rain but you've got a problem. :P

I've had not one issue with mine. Well I thought I did but turns out it was normal. :)

  10. I think your heart is on the right place mate, but i think it might be a bit weird dedicating the cruise when it was really on the car that was lost. Sure it's not a great situation that DJKOR is in but he or anyone else hasn't passed away (thank god). At the end of the day losing a person is hell different to losing a car.

Only my 2c and not meant with any disrespect.

    Matt.

Yeah you're right heh. I thought about it last night and thought it would be a bit strange. :)

  11. Hey guys I don't know if this sounds really corny or anything but I think we should try and somehow dedicate the cruise to the recent events that took place the past day. Daryl (DJKOR)'s 2007 Toyota Aurion Sportivo SX6 was involved in an unavoidable accident and well, see for yourself.

    http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...st&p=380078

I don't know how we can but myself and I'm sure most of you feel really bad for the accident that occured that fortunately did not take Daryl and his Dad's lives (they are ok from what we know), alas his car was not fortunate enough to really survive the incident.

I don't know, just my two cents I guess.

  12. Holy sh** Daryl!

I am so glad you and your old man are okay. I know exactly how you feel too, I had the same thing happen in a car that I loved so much many years ago.

At first when I opened up the page I thought "oh yeah it's a joke"... Well, it was far from it after reading it.

The Aurion was a good car, starting its life as a flood damaged vehicle, getting it to the level it was. It was absolutely spectacular to see. I am really sorry about the events that occured and I am sure everyone else is too. But without being offensive, cars can be replaced (no matter how much they mean to you), you can't.
