Recently I noticed that there is a crackling noise coming from the speakers. When I start the car there is a small boom noise and then I can hear the crackling noise from the speakers. When music start playing few seconds later crackling noise disappears and all seems to be ok. After system installation there was no change made to the car. All was working well until 2 weeks ago. How should I troubleshoot the problem? It might be HU, amp or maybe some cabling? I'm puzzled.

Its hard to say from the photo. The best is to ask the seller. One thing to keep in mind you will have to drill to put these on.

Door scuffs arrived. I'm happy with these.

Ordered SMD strips from eBay for footwell lighting for $12.99 inc postage. Will take a while to arrive.

Ah ok then forget the pedals. As for the sills these are from Toyota and come as a whole lot (not only a strip). Ill take some shots on Friday.

Just wondering if there are any pedals covers for Aurion. Something that clamps or sticks on. Dont feel like driling holes.

Also I ordered some scuff plates. Will take some shots after they arrive.

I actually observed acceleration and general responsiveness while driving to and from work on daily basis. Then I asked my wife to put any fuel she wanted from BP without telling me. After 3 refuels she told me when she used what petrol. I could definitely tell the difference between fuels. On 98 the feels more alive.

In regards to the difference of the oils in the US market and the Australia market, they are actually the same oil in different packing.

And actually all Mobil 1 oils are produced in the US, but pack in different locations of the world. I cant remember exactly where the ones in Australia market are packed, maybe New Zealand, im guessing.

The fact is that Shell buys some of its petrol from BP. BP is the sole manufacturer of retail grade low aromatic fuels in Australia. Not sure which one is that. Here is the link http://www.shell.com...s/low_aromatic/

Also there are only 2 refineries in Victoria: Mobil Altona Refinery and Geelong Shell Refining. I got a feeling that fuels are blended under licence to the company specification and then distributed to their outlets. I smell conspiracy.

I'm considering getting it for my Aurion and Camry. But yes it is a good price.
