Hello I own a 2009 kxs kluger 2wd it still has the original Bridgestone 245 55 r19 tyres and has done about 35000 kms . I was wondering when it came time to replace them should I stick with the originals or go with a different make.i don't wish to widen the profile as it may alter the speedometer reading . I understand that when the gsu40 came out only Bridgestone made this size of tyre but now there are several manufacturers with this size.dies anyone know how many k's there originals will last and are they the best or are there other makes that will last longer ?

Thanks I am wondering if Toyota will look at it even though it's out of warranty they will probably charge me a packet

Have noticed a faint. rattle in recent months that wasn't there before ,like something is loose it seems to be coming from the base of the windscreen can't tell if it's the dash or something else it's very annoying .I have tried looking everywhere.has anyone else experienced this ?

Just done 33000 k's and having an 80000 service done runs beautifully ,not a problem

Just have an update on the rattle have traced the problem to the plastic cowl on the outside of the windscreen under the wipers .i have heard there is a problem with this on other toyotas was wondering how I could get this fixed since the car is out of warranty and I don't particularly want to try and remove the cowl because I may not be able to get it back on .

I have a 2009 kx-s kluger and recently I have noticed a faint glassy kind of rattle coming from the driver side at the top corner I have tried to see where it was coming from without success.I'm assuming it is the widscreen however I could be wrong ,it may be either on the inside or outside ,and happens every time i go over a rough surface.It has become very annoying and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their Kluger and have found a solution is this common ?
