1. Hi mate,

I'm sorry to tell that i don't know nothing about the wiring, cuz a friend of me helped me with that. But both hi and lo are working fine. Removing and reinstalling the headlight was no issue. i did indeed had some fog for the first 2-3days. but now its all okay..

2. Okay would be a lot of money to go with coilovers and yes, I see a lot of you guys use the superlows. can't find them here though. so i'll consider a while what i'll be doing.
3. Thanks guys.. I think I need to lower the car a bit more.. Now I have Apex springs on them; 35mm lowered. What options do I have to lower the car a bit more? Other springs or cut these Apex a lil bit??
4. Finally guys..!! the rims are on the car! Finished it in the night. It was also a perfect weather to take some shots at home. Enjoy! first i took of the callipers to repaint them Wheels sitting nice in line and here are a couple of tonight pics
5. hey guys, I ended up getting Sunny tires. Locally i couldn't find any other tires of 215/40 I also am on a budget, so the Sunny will do the job for me.. a quick pic here: I also decided to paint the callipers again. here's the result: All pics were taken with phone, so not the best quality :P
6. Thanks for the info. really useful :) To be honest, I don't exactly know the specs of the stock wheels. When I bought the car their where already aftermarket rims on it. But I assume that they were the standard 16" sportivo wheels, with 195/55/16 tires.
7. 7.5'' may get scrubbing. search around i think someone put 7.5'' on. mines 7'' and they are fine. the 7'' also make the rim flush to the guards. Hang on, hang on, hang on....I assume the comment about the 7" rim being flush to the guards has respect to the offset? Because we must all remember that offset plays a huge part in whether the wheels are "flush" or not. With regards to scrubbing, lowering also has a significant effect... My research indicates that (in Australia at least) the Chrono 17s are 17x7", with a +37 offset. Tyre choice will depend on your original tyre size. Can you give us the low down on what your tyre placard says is the standard tyre size? On the Corolla Sportivo, standard diameter is 620, 205/40 is 595, 205/45 is 616, 215/40 is 605, 215/45 is 626. Adrian What do you guys mean by "flush"?? And wheels are 7.5" width with a 38 offset. I was leaning towards 215/40. overall diameter is not really my headache, because mostly I modify my car for the looks. Do you guys think it will scrub the fenders if i go with 17x7.5" ET38 wheels and 215/40 tires?
8. Got you. Okay.. if the wheel is 7" i should get .....? and if the wheel is 7.5" i should get ....?
9. it's 7" (i think). I have to check to be sure
10. Thanks All, What tire size should i get? 205/45, 205/40 or 215/45 or 215/40?
11. Hi guys, just a update for my ride, new shoes. I ended up getting the OZ crono HT in 17" Actually i was looking for 18", but couldn't find any localy that suits my eyes like these 17". So why bugger the 18" if i can have these sweet 17"
12. Thanks for the comment. I know ride comfort will be something to concern about, but i don't think that's gonna be holding me back choosing 18" over 17". If it either is this 18" or another model, but i definitely want to put 18's. It's not my daily ride, so i think that i can handle it. Any recommendation on a model that will suit my car?
13. hmm.. looks like it's not a good choice after all huh? I guess i'll be searching again for some other kind of wheels. and yes, i would really love to put in 18's.
14. Bandaids..?!? hahaha. never looked at it that way So how about the color..? what color is opal? like gunmetal? lighter or darker?
15. hehe.. yes! the black/red isn't nice. but okay , you were judging the rim only, but how about the rim on my car? will it suit? and i think i might put 18", offset 45, with 225/35 tires..
16. No one? are they no good or so? I Photoshop-ed them on my car, cause i'm kinda interested in them. What do you guys think? Click here
17. hi, i was wondering if any of you guys have the konig again 4 on your ride. if so, please post some pics. i did search the forum, but couldn't find any..
18. Hi Guys, Everything cool? My last visit was like 6months ago. I see that there's been a lot going on here. I was very busy with school and work, so no time for forum and not even my car :s but now things are settled, so I can join you guys again. My car is still the same, since my last visit. here it is:
19. so the final conclusion is that the header will fit, without any problem? problem with ECU, sensor(s), fitment, etc?
20.
There is actually 3 versions of the 2zz exhaust manifold. All heads from 2003 onwards were redsigned for air injection (some BS American thing); air injection was only used on American 2zz's, so the rest of the world had to have the flange modified with blanking tabs to block the extra ports in the head. What production month and year is your car?

The O2 sensor is made to read the exhaust gases before the catalytic converter and after it. If it sees the after reading being the same as the before reading, it will think something is wrong with the cat, and give you a check engine light, and maybe even run in limp mode.

Sportivo only has 1 O2 sensor, which I will assume carried through the rest of the countries.

22.
Since this one hasn't been answered, I will make a contribution. If you remove your cat and put the 'after cat' O2 sensor without a cat before it, your ECU is not going to like that.

but the header comes with an O2 bung in the collector. will this help the ECU liking it?
