  1. I've had a bit of a look around but can't seem to find any inspiration ... Have any members here got any photos of there's or maybe a link to a site etc for a bit of inspiration ? My white Rav looks a little plain so some subtle stripes / decals / grpahics might cheer it up a little. Thanks

  5. OK ... just found some There is a seller on ebay UK ... just do a search on Rav4 roof rails and he'll come up. After currency conversion and postage you'd be looking at just over $500 AU I'll keep looking
  6. I have an 06 Rav CV and have never noticed any issues with it. That being said I do have to travel for work and generally end up in Camrys. I have had it occur in those cars a few times to the point were I thought it had stalled ?? Very much a noticable time frame before it picks up so much so I've had enough time to hit the accelerator twice ! Can't offer any help though ... sorry
  7. New Billet grille coming soon ......
  8. I've been looking and still nothing ... any ideas ?
  9. So no one is using the internet for these types of parts ? I've only found ebay to be reasonable so far
  10. Its first time on the beach and went very well. Since then some dark tinting has gone on and now looking at maybe some side steps and nudge bar. Picture at Cloudy Beach on Bruny Island Tasmania
  11. We have a 2006 CV Rav (2.4ltr 4cyl) and got 435km out of the tank until the light come one. Apparently when the light comes on you have on average about 8ltrs left ? Given that, we would have achieved approx 10.30ish litres per 100km. That was a mix of city, highway, inbetween (80km speed limits) and a bit of bush track driving and beach. Pretty good performance all round really
  12. I'm no mechanic but have had enough mechanically impaired vehicles to know that sound. Generally that noise is the CV joints, especially as the Ravs run as front wheel drives. The mechanics should find that issue pretty quickly and generally its not a very time consuming exercise to replace as once its up on the stands access is easy to replace them. You shouldn't be out of pocket too severely for its repair.
  13. Very Nice James Really like the rear bumper protector, very cool ! Even the rear carpet/mat looks good and very functional ... I've had a pretty good look through the vehicle but to be honest I have not noticed the rear 12V plugs? Where abouts are they located or are they specific to certain models ? With the mod to change them to powered sockets full time, how was this done ? I hope your not going to tell me you are a car electrician !!! The horns will be a great addition I'd say ... I forgot all about the poor lighting in the back. Nice job Mark
  14. Post your links here .... Or here ... Or here ... you get the picture
  15. Hi, If any of you have pics of your Rav doing stuff ... post em up ! We have just purchased an 06CV and wnat to do a few mods. Obviously not going to do anything silly as its going to be a weekend explorer type thing but we want to see what you've done to yours, how you've done it, where did you get the parts etc etc. Enlighten me with your Rav pics .....
