  1. I agree - upgrading the head unit without doing the speakers as well is pointless.
  2. There is no way around an infant rear-facing convertible car seat (to get to the middle).
  3. You're probably not aware that the middle seat in the second row is removable. If you were to remove the middle seat, you have a small space to walk through between the two second row seats into the 3rd row. If you only require 6 seats in the car and not much storage space in the rear, this is the perfect configuration. I'm aware. Taswegian was talking about having 2 baby seats in the 2nd row, which would block access to the middle seat.
  4. Remove the middle seat and store it under the centre console. Then walk through. what - by climbing over the baby seats? good luck!
  5. taswegian - if you had two baby seats in the 2nd row, how would you even get to the 3rd row without removing one of the seats everytime?? I just installed a convertible seat in my new 09 KX-S and discovered the only real option is behind the driver - and even that is a tight fit for a rear-facing seat! The middle seat is useless, and the passenger side seat is the only way into the back row. This is a serious design flaw by Toyota.

Just noticed that even in the US there are only 2 options for Kluger 19" rims, and BOTH Bridgestone: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp...&loadRank=2 -nice collusion there by toyota and bridgestone

    What tyres?

You'll need to specify your tyre size before anyone can properly advise. Check out http://www.tirerack.com/indexA.jsp - US site, so many tyres not available here, but heaps of good info & reviews.
  8. The K&N filters are washable and re-usable but don't necessarily "breathe" better than factory filters (or so I've read/heard in my research). I'd be interested to see research to prove otherwise. The aftermarket filters are usually used on performance cars. I'm not sure it'd make a difference in a SUV.
