  1. If you can PM me an email I can email it to you, it would be much quicker than uploading the photos to a website then linking them.
  2. Unfortunately adjusting the screw won't do much in your case. I got my harness from ebay. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/9006-HB4-Connector-Plug-14-12-GAUGE-USA-WIRE-/330397836345?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ced3ee439 and http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/H4-9003-HB2-male-Ceramic-Wire-Harness-Headlight-Sockets-Plug-Extension-Adapter-/220953391740?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3371d9327c I used a standard electric connector and put the wires together.
  3. I don't think putting the black part from the aftermarket headlights into the OEM back will work. The Aftermarket headlight has completely different reflectors for the low beam area, and it just wont work with the OEM one. You can tell that the light is being limited by the black part, you're getting two light spots instead of a distribution of light. The actual reason is because the semi-spherical reflecting backing for the OEM low beam doesn't marry up with the opening introduced by the black part. But I could be wrong - in my opinion just use the aftermarket headlight, I did and have been for years and no problems at all.
  4. Reason I asked is coz in colder climates cars with thicker engine oil are harder to start. So it could be as simple as that. I know u said cold or hot but its still worth checking in to
  5. Just out of curiosity, what engine oil are you using?

Gratz man, guess I missed out. Are ya gonna put pics up of the whole thing once they're painted? Trent: Sorry mate I didnt see your post earlier, I havent gotten round to putting the extractors in. Hopefully this weekend if I can get my hands on the gaskets I need, the toyota dealer I source my parts from doesn't stock them when I called last so if thats the case then I might have to wait till next week but I'm finaly getting some time to myself haha.

Are you selling mate? If so pm me with the details, thanks.
  9. Getting a timing belt kit from your toyota dealer would solve your problem, go in there tell them what model you have and they'll be able to help you out. The belts themselves dont cost much at all but you need specialised tools and alot of time+experience or detailed manual if you're planning to do it yourself. To get it done by a mechanic it'll probably cost you 300-450 depending where you go. Also it is recommended to change you water pump at the same time since it requires the same labour.
  10. I spotted Cypher as well today on leach at about 710? I want those wheels!
  11. Sounds like coolant leak, could just be a loose hose clamp if its leaking from the top. If not better get it checked out as soon as possible the car might get seriously damaged with this heat. Also keep topping up coolant.
  12. Engine bay sounds like its needs new timing belts has that been done yet? Also check air inlet manifold make sure the valve moves freely. Other than that you might have a crack in your exhaust line somewhere. Good luck man
  13. With 406K on the clock mate you have to replace all your rubber seals/valves...also u might want to look at you fuel tank and see whether the dirty fuel filter problem originated from there. As far as fixing seals and valves I dont know much about it but i do know that you will need some serious equipment and tools so that might be more of a problem than actually fixing it.
  14. Are you talking about brackets to mount the HU on? or face brackets that fit infront? Anyway not sure if you can buy brackets but if you are putting a single din HU into a double din slot you can buy din fillers from places like supercheap auto...this comes with its own bracket (single din) and the HU itself should come with a bracket for itself. You can also go for the custom made option altho i imagine if its for the face of the HU it'll cost ya
  15. Grats bro seems like you attract the classics haha. Wat was the price range
  16. Well if you had a short circuit then one of the fuses would be blown. Try changing the fuse that handles the current to that particular cluster that might solve your problem, this has happened to me before

Hahaha i agree with Whip, as a matter of fact there was someone selling a dark green one with GTP goodies on it. Not sure what happened to it search the camry forums and you'll find it.

Ive been looking for one for a while now, came close to grabbing a used one off a auscam member but was too late. They're not made anymore as far as i know so your only bet is looking for a used one and even then....good luck :D
  19. Im not too familiar with corollas but there should be fuses under the bonnet as well, check thos if you havent already. If you have maybe theres a brightness dial that adjusts brightness and thats turned way down. Also have you done any electric work in the car recently? If you have check that there arent any S/C etc. Also does your dome light work?
  20. Thanks for your reply mate, which type of water heater did you get installed? And how much are you saving on your bills if you dont mind me asking.
  21. Hi guys, im hoping someone here can help me out with a question i have. I have a friend that wants to jointly invest in a solar water heater with his land lord (50-50) but he will only do this if the land lord allows him to rent the place for 3 years. I have studied some law and i know he can draw up a contract stating just that and if it is broken then the land lord is liable to pay back the investment my friend has made so far. My question is: The law in WA is that a rental contract can be reviewed every 6 months, so on this basis is the method i said above valid at all? And is there a way to do this as part of a rental contract? As a side question, has anyone installed a solar water heater, and what kind of savings are you getting from it? Thanks in advance :D
  22. Hahahaha wat was he trying to do in the first place??
  23. So you can hear the noise only when you turn the steering wheel? You might wanna check out you power steering oil level, i dont know what model you have but it should be near the coolant reservoir.
  24. Spotted a GT500 Ford Shelby Mustang my guess would be a 67 on Manning road at 1ish today!!!! Anyone else seen it? It was silver with blue stripes :D:D Im jealous now...
  25. Yea man people would have difenitely come, i know i would have. Next time make sure that RA35 is there :D
