And don't pour oil down the sewer drain.
[i've seen this done at a disreputable workshop]

Mostly fill with Vortex 98 and have no probs. It's generally cheaper than BP, but Ultimate is my preference.

Welcome.
I notice no one has mentioned the King of all colours - Silver. Clearly beyond reproach and the envy of all others...

Will you need to decompress the engine?
There's no info I could find on whether or not Lotus do this for the Exige 240R, nor on what boost they run.
You could always try talking to Eaton for these answers.

yes, big difference to performance and the noise under lift is awesome!

I prefer my setup that way, with front channel for fill in. It might not win comps but each to their own.

Sportivo's sit higher than a norml corolla so 35mm drop is just nice. It's still relatively easy to get into driveways etc and I've been pulled up by the cops a few times and they've said nothing about the height. Check out the pics in the garage for heights etc.
Ditto, as recently as this Tuesday (let off after being pulled over for estimated 70-80 km/h in a 60 zone).
Anyway, my car dropped 40mm front and 45mm rear on Eibachs, and I've never been hassled. For that matter, driveways and speed humps are still no problem either.
PS. I thought we had all acknowledged that the Sportivo was an inch lower than standard 'rollas?

What's size got to do with power?
Anyway, I have some Pioneer 6x9's to mount somewhere in the rear - I was thinking high up on the C pillars with spacers to orient them toward the front.

Hey, I just noticed in the picture on the previous page that Lotus got rid of the "Yamaha" on the head...

There's another point here that we've missed. Lotus has changed the cam shift point down to 4000rpm, obviously as the induction is forced more airflow is then desirable lower down.
But clearly, it can be done. The question is whether this is just part of the ecu programming or whether the oil pressure valve also needs to be changed to allow shifting at lower rpm (and hence, lower oil pressure).
Clearly, changing your shift point would be detrimental on a stock engine, but as soon as someone force feeds one of these puppies then this is one way to optimise the output.
Tyres ....again

Yeah, but your odo will read 4.8% less than actual mileage, therefore resale should be higher... :)
