I hate just randomly doing this. But i have seriously been banging my head against a brick wall... I've got one of the eBay DVD GPS units, and ive had iGO8 running on it for about 3 years or so, and in trying to update the maps.. i keep going round in circles. I must have tried every iGO download on the internet.. and i get random errors to failed boot etc etc. Im just looking for a copy of someones SD card. I know DJKOR posted a complete package a little while ago, but im just after an 'image' of a working SD card with iGO and maps... Any assistance is greatly appreciated... Apologies again. :)

Just tell them there's a knock, from the steering area. Mention the intermediate shaft. Await the response. Yep had my service done, and asked for the noise to be looked at... i have reported the noise for the last 4 service intervals (i get them done each 7500km) Toyota response, "There is a small amount of play in your left hand rack, its nothing to worry about" Hmm.. The noise is still there, and i cant say that im in an way happy..? My Aurion is a 2006 Sportivo sx6, and such is out of warranty. Any thoughts for aftermarket assistance... suspension company? or steering company? Thanks

Ok, i have the same problems with the clunking coming from the LH front wheel when rolling slowly and applying the brakes.... What would be a good phrase to say to the toyota team when i call them?... as in, its there a technical part i should ask to be replaced etc....? You assistance appreciated.

Mine is a Carribean Blue - 2006 Sportivo Sx6, and i just had the 127,500km service done today I havent had any major concerns, had the dash rattle fixed in the beginning, and all the other recall fixes done. It went into the smash repairs the first time ...after a woman backed into me while parked at a service station... a week after i bought it... And then again after i hit some dropped oil/brakefluid from an accident that hadnt been cleaned up and smashed the front axle/mags/brakes etc... Its done 3 trips across the Nullabor.. and will have 135,000km by the end of March... Good old 40,000km a year lease vehicle.

I found that when watching AVI's of the USB thumb drive, when i turn the car off and back on again.. Playback starts where it left off.. which is quite nice. My major question is in regards to the TV antenna, ive hooked it up and i get really bad reception, i have seen the comments previously.... Has anyone tried a different antenna, and also when you hook it up, there seems to be some other wires on it.. Where do they connect too?

I bought a unit of ebay.. installed myself a few weeks ago.... and just did the igo8 install to replace Tomtom software.. and after a little work and patience.. all is working well This forum is such a great resource of info now.
