500$ mates rates lolz, i still have not seen the guy, but it sounds soso good in real life. there has been some welding etc, i think what he ment was it wasn't such a struggle to get it to fit also, the old mufflers that came off.. were full of petrol :\ is this normal in an aurion? or is it tuned badly?

it is my mums car, and i got it put on for her birthday, it was only 500$ pretty much i just told them to make it as loud as they could.. i think they are hsv resonators or hotdogs in there somewhere, i will swing by and ask him what exactly it was they did to it, there arent mufflers on the end.. just tips, ill grab some pics! it does sound veryyy beefy. like it should

Heyya, so we just got a exhaust put on the aurion, our local guy couldnt get any pre-made ehxaust systems, so he was playing around with diffrent mufflers, when he disscoverd a HSV system fit perfectly, i dont know the specs but it sounds awesome.

yewww. paint has hit the camry.

did some serious sanding on the bonet and rear quater's, also blasted were the windscreen sits, and coated it in rust converter =]

Had the windscreen removed today :D also got the rear doors off.. got a bit more sanding to do.. im so sick of sandpaper haha

So the camrys getting some new paint ;) I've been posting the process on auscam.. but thought i would share on here too B) Heres some photos of the process so far.. still need to remove the front window and doors.. Color of choice Bit of a puzzle!

replacing the head gasket would be alot less work then a replacement engine

it was a regular size kangaroo acuttaly suprised it didnt do alot more damage cause we were cruising at like 80'ish

acuttaly the kangaroo is dead on the side of the road i cant believe it! all our panel beaters are booked until JULY.. really gross but the kangaroo kinda went down the side of the car, there was blood and crap on the drivers door.. & the window makes this horrible grinding noise when it goes up and down :( i was hell sad haha i spent hours changing the grill, its kinda all taped together so it doesnt fall apart lols, good news is, the parking sensors still work? :D

on closer inspection, the radiator is a little bruised from the bumper getting pushed into it, and the head light mounts are all snapped

so this morning while my droping my brother off at work, a kangaroo came out to play! by the looks of it, needs a new bumper grill number plates bent bonet has a kink in it radiator looks okay air bags didnt go off was its first drive with the new grill! =[ everyone was okayyyyy

thanks for the help, had to pull the tab up and pull the grill. it looks great :D
