Hi All Started monitoring my fuel consumption using my iPhone and an app I found...gotta justify getting the iPhone somehow ;) . Car's still new, haven't been able to drive it far for now, so not to concerned as yet on fuel consumption. Cheers Foley

Hi all Washed the new car last week and decided to polish and wax using Meguiars Deep Crystal Polish TWO STEP SYSTEM and Deep Crystal Wax TWO STEP SYSTEM. I had these in the garage and had used them in the past on one of my old cars and liked the result. Being a new car the paint looked (as one would expect) in excellent condition so I did not clay the car or anything like that. I only polished and waxed the front of the car (ie bonnet, bumper and side panels). I was happy with the result and was carefull not to create any swirl marks etc. Planning on washing the car again tomorrow :) and was going to polish/wax the rest of it. Just want to check was I ok in not "claying' the car the first time, as I wasn't planning on doing it tomorrow? Also once the car is washed should I reapply wax to the front section again, (I suspect I don't need to polish that section again)? Tried searching but could Cheers Foley

Hi guys Manual mentions something about not racing the car for first 300 km's or so. Is this the same as a running in period? I'm kinda hanging to take the car on the freeway :P Cheers Foley

Had the car for almost a week now and enjoying it very much.:D It is very quiet and if your not checking the speedo you could easily be speeding. Was raining today, do miss the rain sensing wipers my old car had. Rang the dealer about the bumper and they said they would send someone out to sort it out. Quick question, do they side mirrors dipp when reversing on the AT-X? Cheers Foley

Hi All Managed to take some pics Noticed the back didn't look right where the boot lip meets the spoiler. <_< Rang the dealer and sent them through some photos, will wait to see what they say tomorrow. Figured maybe happened when the installed the reverse sensor, missing clip or something? Cheers Foley

Hi All New member here...have made a couple of posts over the last week or so. Anyways officially became an Aurion owner today. Our AT-X arrived today and it looks great. We got it in reef, the colour looks really good in a variety of lighting. Took a couple of pics on the phone so will pick the best soon and post them. I love that I can use my iPod/iPhone on it. :) Was really hot today, didn't spend to much time with the car...except to install the baby seat. So just wanted to say a quick hi, I'm looking forward to the many discussions to be had on this forum. Cheers Foley

Thank guys this has been really helpful. Looking forward to getting the car. :D I have an iPhone and noticed there are a few apps that seem to do something similar to the Scan Guage 2. Such as: DashCommand and Rev You would need to get the app as well as some 'dongle'. Anyone used these or checked them out? Thanks Foley

Hi All Looking at getting a new AT-X in the next few weeks, once novated lease is sorted out. :) Got used to the trip computer on the old car. Is it possible to get it as an option on the AT-X? Or get it retofitted? Thanks Foley
