Holy crap! It even looks quick. But I don't really understand while yal are comparing 4cyl to 6cyl cars?!?! Of course a well tuned and modded 6 will hand a 4 its *****. WTF :P That's my fault. Someone made a comment about the Golf being a king street car, when it's been proven that the GTR is, despite the money involved in getting some of them up to speed. The R32 is nice, but it'll never put out up to or 'over' 1000hp (if you ever wanted it that way in the first place). R32 = Nice Youre not wrong GTR = King of Kings (cant wait for new ones specs to be confirmed!) R32 = nice for a 6 :P

well stage 1 of the kebabcleanup/falafal/blower/supercharger/strokerkit/aircraftjet/3MPSkiller(maybe :P ) is now complete and ill be picking up my baby tomorrow however it will be a bit of a wait till stage 2 gets in as there is a shortage on kebab roastery machines at the moment Great news mate! You must be pumped! So what sauce are you leaning towards for stage 2 of food prep? I think those lensos are the **** bro - go for it but in know a dude that works at JB hi fi in brisbane who installed my head unit and he regrets putting 18's on his stivo. He said the scrub heaps. I have 17's with 205/45 tyres on and kings low springs and have not managed to scrub once even when engaging in some well lets say spirited driving! Good luck :)

Please no...... I love the idea of small cars, especially around the city areas. The one thing I'd be bearing in mind though when reading about Toyota's sales lead, is that they sell bucketloads of their Corollas in fleet..... The man speaks the truth!! Mazda is leading the retail car market I believe... 1000's of fleet cars really screw with resale value as well.

My girlfriend has the genki and I sell new mazdas and the big advantage of the genki is the resale value. She got the car before I started work with mazda and to be honest I was going to get one but got an awesome deal on the sportivo. I know a guy who manages a bob jane here in brisbane who has 17" alloys on it and it looks awesome! He also put on stiffer springs, whiteline rear sway bar and an exhaust system and it flys. Don't forget the newer 2's now have SV-T and the combined fuel economy over 100ks is 6.6lts. There is good competion in the segment but I would go the 2 any day! Good luck with your choice :)

Posted this a few days ago! Just had my first test drive over Mt Cootha about 30mins ago and my legs wont stop shaking and the smile just refuses to leave my face! DSC would have to be the best motoring invention eva! I was dubious to say the least about the FWD turbo set up but Mazda have pulled it off, so well balanced. I had to really push as hard as I could to start the feeling of understeer but thats when the DSC and TCS really came into play, pulling me back straight away. This thing is a rocket and easily controlable, and very direct with the steering. The 18" shadow chrome alloys look awesome - don't think I would bother changing them at all. Seriously comfortable bucket seats with leather outer and grippy cloth inserts for maximum grip around those 120km/ph mt cootha corners! Great engine and exhaust tones. Think the exhaust piping is about 2.5". Heaps of torque off the mark and loves to deliver it right through the rev range. There was however a strange noise everytime I changed up a gear. Thought it was wheel spin but came to the conclusion it was related to the exhaust. Seems there is a section of midpipe that is angled at about 80deg so the emissions are having a hard time escaping through the bend. Any thoughts on that?
