  1. Hi I've got a set of stock ZR6 springs but I'm in Brisbane. I can get sent to you if you want to make an offer. Cheers Michael
  2. Pretty soon...could be this week even. Should also see if we can get Michael (51DER) out. He was also talking of selling his car (as they needed something else)...I'll PM him...haven't seen a post from him in a while.
  3. Hey Dave Car's looking awesome...doing some really good work there, and your attention to detail is flawless...
  4. Thanks...sorry I did rip out the mats, but sold them on ebay real quick.
  5. Yeah as Ash said...cost is a big difference, especially the F6E.
  6. Well this update is a bit of a mixed one, as I now no longer have my fantastic silver Aurion Sportivo ZR6. Its' mixed cause I don't have it and I do miss it, but also as I am now the owner of a Ford (sorry for swearing on these forums) G6E Turbo, and I have found power like I haven't experienced in a car before (not even my previous VY 5.7 litre260 kW HSV Clubsport). I can partly blame Ash for this from when he bought his XR6 Turbo a little while back, and I kinda got thinking. The car is brand new and is now a week old. It is a darker blue (Sensation in Ford speak) than Ash's car and is standard, but man does it go. I opted for the G6ET as opposed to the XR6T as being 41 now had to join the cardigan brigade (as they are called on the Ford forums). This is an impressive Q-car. As good as it goes, there are things the Aurion walks all over it. Things like Keyless entry and smart start (leaving the key in pocket), electric passenger seat, front parking sensors, projector headlamps, etc. Build is really good and it is dead quiet inside (except when you floor it and it sounds great). Haven't got any photos of it yet as the weather has been crap, but it looks like most of the blue ones at Google Images' Anyway was a fun ride, but now time to move on. I haven't been to a meet in a while, but will try to get along sometime to say g'day anyway. Still have my Prado so could still legitimately be called a Toyota owner. Will be putting up some for sale posts soon to sell my exhaust system, Eclipse nav system, speakers, sport grill, etc. Had to make the car standard (apart from wheels and springs) to trade in. Aurion was up on Bryan Byrt Ford and carsales website till the other day, so may have sold already. Would have been a good buy for someone with only 24,000 km on the clock. Cheers Michael
  7. I should be out as well this week. Look forward to seeing Ash's mighty XR6T.
  8. Looks the goods Ash. I've owned Holdens and an HSV before as well as Toyotas and never really paid much attention to Ford, but I really like the current FG XR6T look, and I've heard they really go. Look forward to seeing it in the flesh. Cheers
  9. Car's lookin good Steve. One day when I get beck out to a meet, I'll make sure to have a look.
  10. Sorry can't make it this week (haven't been out for a while either). Got to look after my boy as my wife's away.
  11. Hey Davo! Did you managed to do it? not yet, still waiting... :( should hopefully have something to show for it by next friday (fingers crossed) Hi Davo Did you manage to get this done yet??? Pics...
  12. Sounds like the same one I saw around Griffith Uni last night.
  13. Spotted along the south-east freeway continuing south whilst I got off at the Klump Road exit near Griffith Uni, 2 Aurion Sportivos with a bit of work done. Don't know if they were travelling together or knew each other. Silver Aurion Sportivo with shark fin antenna, looks like Pedders lowered suspension - number plate ZZZ-??? Blue Aurion Sportivo - Number plate KIT-33 (or something like that). Both cars had LED number plate lights but both were really dim so couldn't make them out properly. Anyone from these forums???
  14. Sorry work commitments have killed this for me tonight. Have a good one.
  15. Hey guys, great plans on coming out tonight got squashed with work. Will try again next week.
