    i had the very same problem, i have a Remus exhaust. i removed the K&n set up and put the stock back on but it was still way over cause they were making me rev it so high. i had to put the stock back on. but it was still over 90db. it was a pain.

    yeah it was for being to loud! i dont know exactly when or where i just got a letter in the mail. it was a pain to get passed but the remus + lift is worth it. when i put the stock exhaust back on and the stock filter it was still to loud as they made me rev it to 6200.

    Hi mate, i have a Remus on my Sportivo. i am a big fan of it. i also have a k&n filter and it just sounds great. it is not loud at all. infact sounds about the same as stock @ low rpm, but then when in lift it really screams. i had some trouble with the epa so i had to take it off and could not believe the power difference. put it straight back on once i got it passed! it is 2 90mm straight pipes. i got it at parra exhaust centre but i think they are closed now. i am pretty sure u can get them on the net. good luck

    Hi there, I have a Corolla Sportivo, I bought it with 15000 on the clock. Now it has 110000 on the clock and it is driving me nuts because I have had the same issues for the past 95000km!! How / what do you have to do to get a better gear change @ high revs? The first to second gear change is horrible and always has been. The box seems to be tight and rough, and it always crunches going into reverse. Can anyone recommend somewhere in the syd area that would be good to fix her up?? Thanks a mill guys

    Hi all, Just been looking around the site, some good stuff, very helpful. i have a Corolla Sportivo. ill get some pics on. pretty stock, i put a remus exhaust on it and a few other little things, lookin at doin more in the near future. thanks Steve
