As far as I know there is no auto hold feature on the Aurion

I bought the cover that goes over the keyhole on the drivers door from Toyota, it cost $10 and was only available in raw plastic. Bought a tin of touch up and undercoated and painted it myself was not hard at all.

There is only 1 screw that holds the fog light to the bracket the other side clipped into the bracket from memory

Should be a straight swap, hope it goes well
