  1. Hello ive currently got a 2S ST141 corona 4 door wanting to know if its possible to bolt in a RT142 (22RE) 2.4ltr EFI, straight in, im contemplating this due to my 2S has a major leak (oil) and was thinking should i buy a new 2S or go for the 2.4ltr bit more power. So is it possible to bolt it straight on to the ST141 frame with original trans. or should i just stick with the 2S, theyre pretty much the same frame from what ive seen. Dont want to mod any mounts etc.
  2. cheers all for the ideas, heaps of food for thought there.. Chobis: I really like the look of the orange rona and the spoked style rims from the wagon, and yes the engine in mine is a 2S - might have a look at the 3SGE, my engine has lots of life left in her, but would be good to see what to put in her. Going to go and search for some proper rims, and demolish the old plastic caps. Cheers all, feel free to post any other ideas you have, ill upload more pictures as im adding stuff to it, also what colour would people prefer for this car due to i can get it resprayed at work. 4. Hey, iv just purchased a 1984 Corona CS 4cylinder 5speed 2L 4 door sedan, loving this car, im the 3rd owner since new, its only done 175,000km in excellent condition nothing wrong with her so far, im interested in seeing what others have done with these cars, im not sure if its worth doing anything with the cs 84 Rona, but i would mind knowing what i could do, what engines would fit, or some easy mods like coil-overs, should i rebuild the stock engine, extractors? cannon?. Just needing some ideas and input, ive attached some pics of her. cheers wouldn't mind some help
