  1. yea they are good looking rims aye I didn't see many of them around when I bought mine but after about 4-5 months I've seen plenty on the road
  2. A not so big pot hole that I couldn't see apparently it was just a loud bang and bye bye my wheel..
  3. my rims is speedy lite 17" I asked at bob jane if they can replace it but they wouldn't because it actually cracked because of the pot hole :( didn't have time to call my insurance company today because too busy anyway I'll give them a call tomorrow and see...
  4. The crack is on the inside edge so can't really see unless you look really close. I'm just wondering if it's possible to claim from the insuarance
  5. Oh well... I've jacked my car up a couple of weeks ago and I found a bend on my rims I didn't have a good look at it at that time tho.. anyway yesterday I went to bob jane where I bought my rims and they found a crack which is around 4-5 cm long they reckon that I should buy a new rims.. nice move aye anyway I told them I'll think about it. So I went to a wheel repairer he reckon he can weld it to close the crack line which will cost me around $150. Well I'm not too sure which way to fix it, buy a new one or weld.. ?? I think new rim will cost around $400+ with the rubber. I'm not so sure if I can claim this from the insurance but I told them that I have alloy wheels on my car and they have increased the premium, by the way it's full cover. I'mma call them tomorrow !
  6. nah mate I'm studying at Wembly TAFE but I've been driving around Curtin quite a few times as well.
  7. That would be my corolla ! it's not a sportivo tho just the big muffler and speedy 17" gold colour I was visiting my mate at the internet cafe on francis street so I think that's why I parked there. WooHoo!! I have finally spotted someone from this forums, I drove past you while you where parked next to the TAFE. and then you drove past me after I had parked. so that was you who parked just around the corner on Beaufort St? and was paying for the parking ticket or something and yea it's good to pay for the parking around that area. I've seen too many dudes giving out parking ticket... just pay mine today it was $100 I like your rims by the way. What brand are they ?
  8. Thanks man. Back on topic, Today I saw a Silver sportivo Corolla on Aberdeen St. The car had silver and gold rims and a large exhaust, driver was a guy. The licence plate is 1CAD-*** cant remember the last 3 digits. That would be my corolla ! it's not a sportivo tho just the big muffler and speedy 17" gold colour I was visiting my mate at the internet cafe on francis street so I think that's why I parked there.

  12. at the moment i have an exaust system from cat con and lowring springs on my corolla, I'm just wondering if that will void my warranty from the factory and with the insuarance company.. will they have a cry if there is an accident? will i still be able to claim anything if sheit happen?
