  1. hey again been a while,im thinking of buying some new head and tail lights for my celica im deciding on what colour housing i want though chrome/clear would be great but the rear tail lights i want is the jdm style in the led style looks round when breaking but they only come in black housing so if i was to go black id have to go black headlights to but am unsure of what black head and tail lights look like on a silver celica so if anybody has them could they post a picture for me thanx

  5. So im better off buying the 17x7.5 drag dr19s which is wat i want anyway? Thnx
  6. ok i am from australia and own a 2001 toyota celica sx,i found a set of wheels which are called dr 19 by drag wheels in america the offset is 45mm and is 17x7.5 but csa wheels here told me they have a wheel called the motorvatr which is 17x7 but the offset is 48mm i want the dr19's but i was told on another thread it would sink to much into the car and wouldnt line up with fenders wouldnt the motorvatr wheels sink even more being 48mm? or does the fact that the 17x7.5 and the 17x7 have anything to do with it can some1 please help thnx
  7. Im thinking of installig a in car dvd player/headunit these are te dimensions would it be able to fit in where the stock stereo is i dont know the in depth dimensions of it at the moment, this is the dvd player 185mm length 170mm width 50mm height
  8. Yea i know its harder then i thought choosing sets ive always thought that ya choose a size n thats it but apparently not so gunna have to resort to finding a new set preferably gloss black face with chrome lip as my cars silver if it wasnt silver id prob have rims picked out by now jus to hard to find nice 1s for silver cars any ideas on rims thats gunna fit my car but in dr19 style
  9. I just thought in the link about my car in my first post it said 54mm somewhere so i assumed it was the offset of 54mm but yes i am using stock wheels and my gf dad manages a tyre shop (bridgstone) and i asked him bout fitting spacers and he said no dont do it but hasnt given a reason why so i am left with just the option to choose another set of rims i cant find any alternative to get the right offset for the rims i want
  10. ok i undedsratnd now how rim offsets aRE CALCULATED and how it all works now had to really concentrate on it. so because there 45mm at most for the dr19 and my stock rims at the moment are 54mm bringing them down will sink it in more right?what if i got spacers do they push it back out by however many mm i choose the spacer to be?
  11. I dont quite Understand all that stuff so what your saying by getting the dr19 it will be a offset failure?to nake it sit flush using 17" rims its gotta be a lower offset like 30+? Ive saw on the net using spacers or somethig could these help in getting the correct offset to match the rim and wheels to beflush with my car? Plz be patient and helpfull
  12. hey if anybody with knowledge of rim offsets can you please help i am looking at some new rims for my car they are drag dr19 17'rims but the problem is the offset is 42/45mm and my stock wheels are 54mm would dropping down to 45mm be a problem for me like occur rubbing on fenders or brake calipers n that stuff ive only read a bit and dont quite understand it so any info in plain enlgish would be extremely helpfull sites for the rims and bolt pattern for my car http://www.vehicle-bolt-pattern.com/toyota-lug-reference-guide.html http://www.dragwheels.com/product.asp?ID=59
