  1. nice set of wheels eddy! :) the pic that u showed us with the rear light, it wasnt Altezza's! :D
  2. Looks very unique! :D it stands out from the swarm of rollas out there i think :) Love the twin pipes and the rear skirt! :) if u dont mind im asking, what brand is that rear skirt? C-one? and how much did it set u back?
  3. Hi everyone, this is a weird topic and im sorry in advance! :) im trying to rice my car up abit so im looking at painting my chrome in the shiny, stainless-steel like finish...i know that i can get a set of 17' tyre n all that but i cant really afford it so this is the cheap option...just wonder if it is a practical? have anyone try chrome paint (on any part of the car) before? and how long would it last? thanks!
  4. Just wonder if there is an eyelid available for the 05 stivo...just wanna cover that 'teardrop' in the facelifted corolla, which imho looks kinda sissy :P cheers!
  5. Old topic but a very interesting one so count me in :D looking to change my console light as well but been so busy with work lately so is there anyone willing to do it for me (with reward of cos)? Peekay? :)
  6. thanks for the feedbacks guys...so the grilled is for the non-sportivo models, doh! :) just had a closer look to my 05 stivo and yep, the bumper and grille are in one piece so...hmmm, unless there're some kind of add-on grille :P Black-magic, get the origional toyota sport grille from this link http://corolla.toyota.com.au/TWR/vehicle/c...708_142,00.html or u can shop around for the cheaper deals if u have time....the honeycomb grille is a bit off to me as well, its one of the reasons that i'd waited and bought the facelifted stivo :)
  7. Hey guys, i thought grille face is only changeable on the pre-facelift stivo, not the 05 ones but then on toyota website, in genuine accesaries, they're selling the Sportivo Sport Grille...is it possible? cheers...
  8. someone told me that u dont actually need to go to exhaust shop to bend your exhaust tip down, just buy an extened exhaust tip (with downward pointing) from supercheap/repco/autobarn and then just connect it up and you're done, i havent try it yet and wonder if anyone has? it sounds practical tho :)
  9. here i am, another black stivo owner :) havent wash my car since i brought it home which is....the start of March! :D being busy and lazy at the same time :P Would probably gonna wash it this Weekend, so i probably need to shop for the washing equiptments, any recomments for the car wash detergents, liquids or anything that i need? this is my first car and also my first washing :) any hints would be apreciated...
  10. Thanks for the report, Silvabullit, im glad that u like it :) just wish that u coulda say 'black is a must' or sumthing :P
  11. man, the same shiit happenned to my brand new stivo and i parked it in my workplace's carpark! and it all happens to my work fellas who have the new, sparking cars! must be some jealousy moron at work!
  12. hi guys, got my new 05 stivo last Fri and it looks sensational, in and outside...the only thing that bug me is the interior' smell! the leather, the new material have a strong smell and i know u guys all had gone thru it so any tip? :) i heard that putting couple of tea bag underneath the seat will help since they would absurb the smell, anyone try this one b4? thanks in advance!
  13. oh and with you guys, the facelifted stivo look niccccer
  14. Congratulation bro! damn u beat me of getting the first face-lift stivo! :P just hope that i'll be the first to have the black tho :)
