  1. i got the 2wd because i didnt think i would need it but my work has got me travelling to all different places and now that ive just started working for myself i cant just sell the 2wd for a 4wd it will be to hard to get the loan so i was kind of hoping i could make this work
  2. hi all i have a 2003 toyota hilux 2wd and i have just brought a set off 31" mud tyres on the 16" sunraysia rims off my mate for a really good price. i have always wanted to make my ute look tough but wasnt sure if it would work being a 2wd I have also purchased a set of stud adapters because my ute is only a 5 stud and the rims are 6. I have done some quick measurements on my car the tyres will just fit on the back but wont fit at all at the front. I was told that i would need a lift kit but wasnt sure if that would work and how many inches it would need to be lifted. I would really like this to work so any feed back would be greatly appreciated. if anyone has done this to there 2wd hilux i would like to know how you did it and how much it needed lifting does the front need to be lifted higher than the back as how my ute sits now the front is obviously lower than the back i have not done any modifications to my car everthing is completely stock thanks chris
