rt104 corona... Owned one as a back yard rally car before my license and its the only one of the 8 cars i have owned that i could not break... 4 speed manual and it would fry the back tyres until it ran out of fuel... Then it would also finish the old mans two stroke too lol

i need info on electrics mainly... First i get that some people disagree with the na version of this build because its not gonna use the full potential of the head and so on, so on... This is my car after all i just need the info to make it more fun for me not the haters lol now for the questions... I plan to use the 3sge loom but if i do run cams, port n polish the head and erase the tvis will the 3sge computer cope with it for a while? Atleast until i get a stand alone... Also was the 3sge ever mated with an auto? I plan on keeping mine cause i will be having 3 kids in the back constantly and i believe the auto will be more comfotable for them... (although limiting power significantly i am willing to live with that sacrifice).. If not can you control the transmission with a stand alone too or would it be easier to splice into the original loom and leave the 5sfe computer only controling the trans?? Any help would be great : ) ps this is still the most helpfull forum so thank you to everyone who patricipates...

thanks guys... Was wondering how long it would take before someone told me to search again proving they dont read all the posts... Havnt brought any as yet just love the feel of the gen 5 sportivo... And the gen 3 v6 brakes are proving a little harder to get lol... Gen 6 is the way to go... Thanks for all the help tho... Now to move on to the next problems which are a doozie lol not much usable info around the place lol

hey Trent just read your build lol... Ill be looking at similar but im gonna keep the original head at this stage with some 2jz valve springs and a set of cams from web cams... People are still putting 300 down with original head so i dont see it as a limitation just yet... Look forward to getting to know everyone on here

i too am in the same boat lol but mine gets painted at the end of the year.... So that will be good lol... Currently rolling on 19x8.5 rims with 235/35r19 tyres... Looking at a sportivo brake upgrade next and bringing it closer to the ground as soon as budget permits lol... Looking for someone to build the enging to tke the 14psi from a t4 that will be getting strapped to it late next year...

looking at turbo charging it just want some one to machine the head and look at new cams... Anyone done it in Brisbane?
