Touring2011

I got a 2.5inch Mendrel bend pipe from the cat back removed the resonators then split to 3 inch cannons. Sounds boss and has definitely increased power (no idea what to though). Place in Rutherford did it for me, was under $1000. Future projects will be to get this same mob to do a custom CAI system and extractors, which they say they can do.

My 2011 Touring

I want to go HID on my 11 Touring. I want very bright ones. What globes do you guys suggest, and where can I buy them??

Yeh I might just cold air and get custom extractors done for now. I owe too much money on it atm to think of trading to a TRD. Maybe in a couple of years.

Would it be easier to Super it??

Andrew, when guys at work saw it that was the first thing they said as well. In regards to the engine there's a mob in Rutherford (Hunter) that can hook me up with a custom cold air intake and extractors. I also want to turbo it but not sure where to go for that. I wont start modding the engine for a while yet though as I need to save up.

Here is my 2011 Aurion Touring. Only 3 things left to do. 1) Hook my DRL's up to a switch in the centre console. 2) Upgrade my reverse and indicators to LED then tint the tails. 3) Black TRD Decals to go on rear passenger door and the bonnet. Then next year I will start to mod the engine.

All done except for a couple of things. Gonna tint the tails (just need to LED my reverse and indicators first) will paint the Grill Black and got some TRD decals on the way, for the bonnet and the passanger side rear door. ******en love how she turned out!!

I haven't tinted them yet, but I will be doing it soon. When I do i will also have to upgrade my reverse and indicators as they arent LED, but I wont have to upgrade my brakes as they are LED already (Touring Special Edition).

Yeh I was just sitting watching the race and had the same reaction. They looked awesome on track!! I really hope that Toyota get their act together and get in the Aussie supercars, now that car of the future is here and anyone can enter.

Thanks guys, all very helpful, I like the idea of a shell of a resonator Steven, any ideas where you can grab one of those, or as I have kept my standard resonators should I just run a 2 and a quarter pipe through them?

Wont that still have the problem of no resonators, or do u mean xforce make a set of resonators for Aurion.

My 2.5 inch exhaust got defected on the Thursday because it doesn't have any resonators (I knew it wasn't legal just didn't think id get done so soon) what im gonna do now is put the resonators back on but run the pipe through them, so it looks legal but isn't. What do u guys reckon, it sounds awesome now, will this destroy its note?

I just got Rutherford Exhausts to do me a full 2.5 inch Mendrel Bent High Flow Cat Back and Flex, Split to Twin 2 and a Quarter Singles with 3.5 inch Cannons, I pick it up disarvo, I think it will be very nice. Ill get some pics up in the my rides NSW section soon.

Yeh I'll post as soon as its applied, gonna arrive mid April. I do like the look of the TRD's, was having a look yestee some nice ones for around 23-24k

They look the BOMB!! I'll see what my indicators and reverse look like and if need modding will post hear again.

I had thought of a TRD, but prob is I owe a fair bit on my current one.

I am looking at doing my exhaust. I want 2.5 inch High Flow Mendrel Bend Cat Back. Any ideas where a good place is to go, I'm in the Hunter Valley so looking around Newie or Sydney. Also does anyone know if any brands do Extractors for Aurions, that's what I really want. I have really enjoyed Modding my car, when I'm finished I'll have done: . Full 2.5 inch system from cat back with extractors (if possible) . Black Ox 19 inch Alloy Wheels (currently on 18's) . Bodykits Kingdom Lip Kit (Done) . Blue Neon Toyota Badge (Done) . Paint all black on the front, white (fog light mounts, number plate holder and front lip). . Will Supercharge it as well. Cant Wait!

Yeh i got the same kit, absolutely love it. So far ive got the Kit, 2.5 inch pipes, soon to be complete system from cat back, 18inch TRD rims, will be upgraded to 19's, white grill, will paint entire front white, gonna black out my tails and its got a blue neon badge on the front.

Hey Graeme, I got the same Kit, super happy with it. So far I have done: 18inch TRD rims, soon to be all black 19's, delete mufflers 2.5inch pipes, saving to do a whole system though 2.5 inch high flow cat back, white grille, gonna black out tailights (film), will paint number plate holder fog lights and front all white, got a blue neon badge on the front. So still got a bit to do, but I a getting there. Love it though.

Thanks guy I just bought the film, will post pics once I apply it. If I need to upgrade my lights whats the best way to achieve that.

I havent yet, gonna get my exhaust and 19's sorted out first I think. But those one in your pic look sick. What model are those lights off?
