  1. I've got yokohama cdrive2 and I swear by them!! Brilliant in the wet, quiet and awesome grip! The last set lasted 70000km on my 04 camry sportivo (205/60/16) Not cheap compared to some others but I will pay more for a quality tyre ;)
  2. Stick with 17's. Sounds like you will be getting a better quality tyre than what you would with the 18" package for the money
  3. I might get that done in July, during 1 month uni break. Did you just have to remove the passenger handles on the roof and the screws at the back? Also - I've read of people replacing the foam (probably a bit too tedious for me... )- did you do that? Nah just sprayed it directly onto the foam and the hood lining and pressed it back together
  4. Apart from some nice induction noise nothing really noticeable. I just stick to the standard airbox now myself
  5. I have had some success using spray adhesive - spray the hood lining and stick it back on.
  6. Welcome dude! I'm new myself and own a 96 csi wagon - Great cars! Got any pics of your car mate?? Cheers J
  7. You won't really get a long lasting 20" tyre unfortunately. I've sold hundreds and the most I have seen is 30000k out of a set. Falken FK452 are a decent tyre. KU31 are good as well but tend to wear the inner/outer edge. I'll have a look at work tomorrow and see what else is around Cheers J
  8. Ahh I see. Could be a gearbox or engine mount or bush?
  9. Hi all My name is Jermaine and I'm new to the forum I'm 29, live near Jervis Bay on the NSW south coast, married with 2 kids and work as a salesperson & tyre fitter for a national chain I currently drive a 96 Camry CSI wagon and we also own a 2006 Mazda 3 SP23. I used to own a modified 20v AE82 corolla known as ROL UP and several turbo imports Look forward to chatting to you all, if you have any tyre/wheel related queries please feel free to ask :) Cheers all Jermaine
  10. Mine seemed to only take about 3 - 4 liters
  11. Offset should be +42 otherwise you may have fitment issues
