I must admit that at first, I didn't like the new shape, but now i am starting to like it. One disappointing thing for me is the lack of features, that the US have, but we don't get here. I watched a review on YouTube and the top of the line version, the "Limited" with the "Platinum pack", had captains chairs in the 2nd row and a Panoramic sunroof. A real shame we are excluded from these options.

Perhaps the rattles were those empty airbag housings! I am sure when you test drive a good kluger you will love it.

I suggest you test drive another Kluger to compare and establish if the issues were related to the range or the particular car you drove. As it had been sideswiped, personally, I would walk away, you never know the real extent of the damage.

Was it raining or had you used the rear window wash just before? Just thinking that maybe you have a leaking rear window which may make a connection to the button on the base of the door?
