Thanks Chris. the quote i got was for $540 for a hayman reese but one thing i forgot to ask is if it comes with the ECU which i am not even sure if i need it. I am going to give them a call today to find out what the $540 includes. just called and they told me that the price of the ECU is $120 extra, but they also told me that i did not need it on the Kluger but that it was up to me. The other comment he made was that there are fuses in place to protect the electronics..... don't know, any ideas?

Hi, in the market for a tow bar and wanted to know if anyone could tell me the difference between paying $900 for a tow bar from toyota and getting a hayman reese for $500 installed apart from the price. from my limited research it looks like it is just the little back plate that toyota use which costs around $100. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks. nb another question do i need to get an ecu unit as well

hi, new to the forum and wanted know if anyone had to go through the experience of deciding whether to go for the genuine toyota roof rails and racks or the ebay option and what they would recommend. Any suggestions?
