  1. Hey there, If you're willing to drive down to fairfield, there's is a great mechanic I used for my ke70 4age conversion and regular servicing called Toys Garage. He really takes pride in what he does and for good value as well. I've recommended him to most of my friends and they love him.. not literaly haha. If you google the name, it should pop up. Cheers, Andrew
  2. Oh hahah Thanks. I'm probably thinking of another set.
  3. I apologise if the picture is gigantic, pretty crap with technology haha. Anyways, heres a pic of my wheels. OG Axis 15 x 8 J -20 i think
  4. Thanks for the info, yeah I was just making sure cause my frined has one and says it totally works. I still ended up buying the normal powerpoint chargers because I trust them haha. Cheers
  5. Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone has got or used a solar battery charger in their corolla? I've got a zze122 and was planning to use that for a very long road trip because I have a feeling my battery isn't fully charged. Some say that it won't work for Japanese cars "In most GM/Ford/Mopar products, this will work, because the lighter outlet is switched on (and thus can back-feed to the battery) outside of key position. However, in most Japanese (not sure about European) makes, the lighter is switched so that it only has a path to the battery when the key is switched on. The resultant load would quickly overwhelm the charger and result in a dead battery. " is this true? Any info would help. Thanks guys Andrew.
  6. Thanks for the welcoming message Jeff :). Yeah, I built my baby from scratch & learnt heaps about older generation toyotas & their engines. Not to worry Trent, I'll be getting myself another classic in due time.
  7. Hi everyone! New here and would like to introduce myself. Names Andrew and I live in NSW. Im a member of many corolla and toyota forums but did not know this one existed even though its probabaly the biggest.. how ironic. Anyways, I just sold my KE70 with 4age conversion because my mum did not like that car the day I brought it home stock. Ive picked up a 2005 zze122 acsent and hope to see what other people do to their cars. I've been brought up as a toyo boy since I was born. my familys had a 80 seris cruiser, old school cressida, SW20 mr2, ke, ae, and soon to be ft86 :). Hope I can be of help to people and enjoy the company of others with the same passion. Cheers, Andrew
