  1. It's a great looking Strout Bruce, had it a long time?
  2. Pleased to finally figure out how to upload photos... wait, how wrong can you be?

  3. Hello Don, you sure are a classic crown lover, good to meet you. After 43 years of driving that beauty everybody knows her well. That's a long time. Sounds like the best buy you've ever made. Got any pictures? I've just spent a few days online searching for classic toyotas, looking for information about my Stout. I found plenty and saw all the Toyota models, there's a few Crowns around in collections, and in forums. Calssic Toyotas are popular all over. They are beautiful looking vehicles no doubt about that. Cheers Jack
  4. I'm very interested in Stouts, and I just had to post this picture of a Stout I found online. Hope you like it. Yours looks great, got any more pictures available?
  5. ' Hi Chobis, thanks for the reply, I love looking at Stout pictures and found one online of a Stout drag racer! Anybody with a Stout please post more no matter how bad it looks, or how good it looks. To me they all look great! To complete my Stout I need a lens for the small turn light mounted on the drivers side guard, and the 'Toyota Stout' metal sticker from the same side. I attached a photo of the damaged guard showing the turn light cut-out. I have the turn light fitting, but I can't find a lens for it, and so far I've resisted fitting the non standard part. I forgot to mention, there's a Toyota Stout, in Hobart, that's still used daily by a painter! Or was, last I heard. Seems you just can't wear them out.

  9. Hi, this Stout look really great. It looks a little like my 1977 Stout (without the women). But mine is still original, except for the tires, only the second set since new because the original were 6 ply light truck, and they made for a rough ride. I think the Stout is the best looking Toyota ever made, and it's becoming more popular all the time, and also getting rarer all the time. I'm looking for spare parts for mine, any ideas where to find them?
  10. Hi fellow Stout owners, I have a 77 Stout, and it's only done 95,500 kilometers and goes well. I love it because they're strong and built like a tank. Glad to meet you all.
  11. Hi, I am the proud owner of a 1977 Toyota Stout. I would like to meet other Toyota Stout owners, or any body who knows anything about the Stout, to discuss the vehicle. I'm also looking for parts, as spares mostly. I don't think there's many Stouts around anymore, but any comments about the vehicle would be great.
