Hey people.
New to the forums here. Recently picked up a 2003 Caldina GT Four.
I used to own a Carib BZ and loved it. I always regretted selling, but this is better.
Im a huge fan of the older Caldina shape, but chose the new shape because despite its age I think it still looks like a modern car.
Anyways, she is completely stock at the moment. I don't have many mods planned, maybe some nicer wheels, and drop it a wee bit. I'm lining up a full Recaro interior for it which will be good, find out about that next week. Other than that I want either a TRD front bumper for it, or a mesh grille. Basically whatever one pops up first. Problem is finding one.
Ive got a translated copy of the owners manual, and also the manual for the TV tuner on its way, should be fairly helpful! I'd like to get the TV going in it, and figure out how to play DVD's, hopefully the manual can help there.
Its done 44k, but its 10 years old, so Im going to take it to JEM in Sydney and get them to do a major service on it, including timing belt. It detonates a bit too, so hopefully they can sort that out too.
Biggest flaw with this car though is no cruise control. Seems a bizarre thing to leave out.
