  1. Purchased this the other day for $500 obviously it needs some work but it will be a new project for next year :D Its only done 179,000 k's and has a 3.0L 7mge motor. The interior is a little rough but im hoping to get it looking like new again. Its got the electric rear reclining seats and a cooler box on the parcel shelf. The exterior needs abit of works but finding parts is near impossible. http://
  2. Ok so i havent had a car since my 2011 Aurion SX6... On Tuesday i found a 1987 toyota crown royal saloon (MS135) and i need some serious help. I have no idea where to get parts... i need afew things and have not found anything on the internet (even vehicle information is minimal). Does anyone know how or where to get parts for this thing... ][
  3. Still haven't got it registered yet :( gave it a good polish yesterday and the paint has come up alot better than i thought. Has anyone else had one of these?
  4. My main concern is damaging the internals of the engine.. Do u think there would be anything that would be at risk of breaking? This is the shift light in the tacho.
  5. Ok so I have had a read of afew forums in regards to this, but I need to know if anyone who has done this has had anything go wrong. Basically (from wat I understand) if you have an old style tacho with the shift light, you can wire it up a certain way and it make a rev limiter for a carby engine. If anyone has any info in regards to the i would appreciate it very much. I am considering doing this to my 87 corolla that has a 4ac engine.

  7. So I picked up this little gem for $450, its in awsome condition considering its almost 30 years old. This will be my daily and I cant wait to get it registered, I spent afew hours cleaning it today and it has come up almost like new. It has a 4Ac motor with 161000k's on the clock and is 5 speed manual. It was owned by an eldery couple since new and then was passed on the there grand daughter.. It has receipts for almost everything right down to headlight bulb and fuses. I plan to basically just leave it as is and maybe lower it in the near future, its already had an exhaust and rims put on it (by the previous owner). Any helpful info about these little cars would be great :)
  8. Got to work cleaning it today.. Took about 5 hours but it was definitely worth it. The car is almost immaculate now.
  9. Ive been after one of these for a while now and finally found one for a decent price with low k's. I only paid $450 for it whick I rekon is a steal. Its only got 162000k's and has been owned by and eldery couple for most of its life. It needs a small amount of TLC and thats about it.
  10. Thanks for the help mate, looks like I will be ordering a set of super lows
  11. Sweet, are they lows or super lows?? And would you happen to have any pics of it lowered with stock wgeels??
  12. Thats sits nice, not alot of difference from standard though. I think with the super lows would sit just on the top of the rear tyres.
  13. I will be getting some kings super lows soonish and i will be keeping the standard wheels. i was wondering if anyone has any pictures of Aurions that have been lowered with super lows and still have the standard wheels so i can get an idea of how low it will sit.
  14. Are you still running the king springs?? just wondering if you used the standard shocks or not?
  15. im wanting to know the same thing as i dont have the correct tool to measure it myself.
  16. So i have seen a few posts on the forum in regards to this, but i want to know what i need off a kluger, is it the entire brakes setup or just the rotors?? could someone please explain.
  17. Its super easy mate, there are 2 bolts on each muffler to undo and the i think 2 rubber mounts to take off on each muffler.
  18. its not terribly loud but it is annoying, best to just unbolt ur rear mufflers and see for urself.
  19. I would be keen to get some kind of meet/cruise happening early in the new year :)
  20. As in the title.. as cheap as possible.
