Come on guys! Help please???

Hey Everyone! I've noticed that my 06 Rolla is quite slow with downshifts and occasionally produces some very un-smooth upshifts, also there appears to be quite a lag when shifting from N into D and from N into P, with a slight jerkiness when moving off up a hill after a change of the shift lever position. Can anyone shed some light on what I could do in terms of trouble shooting??? Maybe a AT fluid change would help, an ECU reset or something else??? THANK-YOU SO MUCH! Mike
