  1. Fixed this by just disconnecting battery again and then reconnectng after 10 mins. A breaker must have gone off before and the new power on/off reset it. Anyway am happy now
  2. Hi, I recently disconnected my battery on 1992 7MGE Cressida Grande to do some work on on the engine (no where near the audio system) I have disconnected before and no issues with audio When I reconnected the battery there was no sound from the Audio (OE, stock) system (6 speakers) The power comes on OK to the CD player, Radio and Tape and the LEDs display that radio or CD is playing OK. There is not even a crackling sound. On off swtich works fine. Looking at the wiring diagram there is no obvious place where all 6 speakers could go out, the rear speakers are on a separate circuit. Any ideas ? attached a picture of a similar audio system I found on the net, if anyone is familiar with this model..
  3. Great, looking forward to it as I am about do some work on the audio system and the fascia removal has me flumoxed already.
