Hey Dr. Drew, nice work gettin ya Kranze from Nippon. What was the total outlay for those? Are these Defyant lights again? Multi LED as the high beam? So powerful?!?
Those parallel lines on the edge make me happy.
Thanks mate. Nah these are constructed by Loudz here in Adelaide. They are spotlights from jay car. Had to fit pretty large heat sinks but we got them down to 50 degrees when on for 30 mins. Very bright! Way too bright but I hardly use hi beams. They also make me happy but there is more cool stuff coming just waiting on parts

Bangtown, I vaguely recall that being done with cellophane, yes? Just our luck that the stock console lighting is a relatively white-ish colour.
I wouldn't use cellophane lol. You can use the coloured plastic clip folder dividers. There a link in the workshop submissions folder. There are 6? Maybe more White 5050 SMDs at the bottom of the cluster and a rather smart diffuser insert spreads the light. If you good at soldering you can change these LEDs if not go the dividers

Are you talking about the grey strips?
If so don't try to pry them off the door. You need to remove the door cards. There are 4 screws holding the strips to the door card. 3 screws in the back doors

Mate where did you source those sound deadening mats?
How are they different from the Dynamats?
It's called ping Jing imported by Australian company called happy tiger. Can get it through the eBay but I befriended their rep in Sydney. Ment to be better than dynamat. YouTube it for reviews, it's cheaper and good shiz
I suppose the sound deadening worked out well for you so far? No issues like peeling off etc?
All good man. It's all in the prep Work. Cleaning surfaces with a wax and grease remover etc.
Rolling in properly

yes you can use steel wool on your windows.
BUT make sure it's 00 grade wool. That's the finest you can buy. You can get it from your local printshop. I have used it loads of times for getting overspray off on paint jobs.
From memory it's about $8 for a decent bunch.
Again only 00 grade wool
