mr2, how do I arm and disarm the alarm? do I just lock the doors with the remote?, thanks I'm going to try it later :)

Oh ok, sorry yes I just checked it there's no socket unfortunately, do you think there's any point trying it without plugging the remote in? thanks for all your help :)

Hi :) I have a 2000 model AE112R corolla, with remote control central locking, it is a great car but every time I unlock the car it beeps twice and beeps once when I lock it, I was just wondering if there is some way to turn the beeping noise off as it is very loud lol, I know on some other car models you can turn it off by holding down the unlock button while starting the car and things like that, I don't have the owners manual and I can't find an Australian one online, any help would be appreciated thanks :)
