  1. Welcome, anyone with a Stout has to be OK. Lite or 1.5? ..........Slomo.
  2. Has anyone got, or know where I can get a fuel pump or kit to repair? Headlight surrounds. Original steering wheel. Thermostat housing. Original Rims? mine is a RK 101 with a 5R motor and its a Stout. So good to see other Stouts out there.
  3. Hi from Kambalda Western Australia. I'm Slomo (yes slow motion) and the ute that suits Slomo is the intrepid 1973 Toyota Stout. We have only owned her for 10 years but she is one of the family. She has cost very little to maintain and run, both as a work unit and fun car. Recently had to replace a couple a valves and did the rings and big ends. The hardest was finding parts. Now I need help to find more. After reading a few topics in this forum I recognised a healthy interest in good quality vehicles. There seems to be a wealth of knowledge and opinions here that is poorly lacking in the salt lakes of Coolgardie. As original as possible is the way to go. Unless updating one or two things will keep the beast on the road. Looking forward to sharing some of the hidden treasure of parts knowledge and maybe stories with like minded auto nuts. Slomo.
