My 2002 Avensis is draining the battery when the car is at rest. Ive found the electronic fuel injection circuit is drawing .6 of an amp but have to investigate further. can anyone help?

is the kit for a 2002 avensis. My transmission is shuddering in 1st , big shudder when it goes in reverse and revs away in 1st before you move. Its done 160000 but id like more

As it is now 2013 what was outcome? It suggested a valve body problem.
