Hey guys, I think I’ve purchased a bit of lemon in a cruiser and as you may all know the prices of these things are absolute crazy. I was caught in the hype because I genuinely wanted to take my family touring around Australia to some nice beaches and remote places but I’ll have to make sure the car is checked over properly - even though I paid for a mechanic to check it over for me. So far I’m needing synchro rings to be replaced on my 1994 Landcruiser 80series. I’ve been quoted $3500 would anyone based in Sydney know of a place that may be a bit cheaper or is this the going price? Also, water seems to be leaking inside the cab and I believe it’s coming through the windscreen. If anyone is able to assist with some honest people, I’ll be happy to pay. Many thanks

Hi all, I’ve just purchased a 80series and I’ve noticed there was water dripping from what looks the windscreen down towards the floor. Is this worth sealing with a silicon type product or just getting the windscreen replaced? I’ve noticed a drip of water somewhere near the glove box compartment. Can anyone help with a solution?

Hey TA74 Mainly for your setup on the recovery on the towing eye since there's no recovery point. If you've been camping how did you go space wise with fitting everything in? When you mean the car will be overworking on sand will that mean higher revs?
