only on accelleration. Could it be the Cat or muffler packing up somtimes it loud and other times its not there. Toyota have said i have a stuffed uni joint in the rear but i dont see that as problem. they put it on hoist and asked me to come over and i couldnt hear as they went through the gears.

Hello people. I have a kun26r 2005 Toyota hilux turbo diesel. I have a noise on acceleration which sounds like a exhaust leak I've checked all joints n looked for obvious black residue where any leak may be . If I put my foot on clutch n rev motor it doesn't seem to be there. Does anyone have any ideas.

Hello people. Ive recently come back from a trip interstate and now have a propblem with the power out fuse under the dash keeps blowing on start up and when it does my speedo , blinkers, power windows, clock door lite on the dash and the alternater doesnt charge. Does anyone have any idea of what the problem would be or if this is a common problem. Thanks Wayne.
