  1. Thank you for taking the time to reply trentmeyer23, much appreciated. Hmm ! Not the advice I wanted to hear really, ha ! Someone told me it would be an £800 + vat job here in the UK by a Toyota Dealer !!! Can get a replacement 'motor for around £20 . . . lot of labour then ! Think I'll DIY it myself . . . by using a sponge and dry cloth in the mornings, ha ! The heat gets through the vents fairly quickly when on the move and keeps the 'screen clear - with the side window open a bit too. Thanks again, Rosie R.
  2. Anyone know what sort of job it is to get at and fix / replace the heater blower unit please ? Thank you.
  3. Hi folks, Hope someone can advise me please. Had to make an emergency stop, and stalled the engine. Wouldn't start afterwards so had to get it recovered to my usual ( non-franchise ) garage. They've had it in there for 3 WEEKS now, and not able to rectify the problem. YES, I'm angry !!! They now say they've had to take it to the Toyota Main Dealer for them to "have a look". Just had a 'call from original garage to say that Caledonia have "plugged" my van in to their diagnostic machine and say - "Yes, it is the emergency stop fuel cut-off". I asked them if it was just a matter of a re-set of the unit ? "No, they've got to order a replacement unit for it", they said. Is this right, or is it just a case of re-setting the unit please ? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Selwyn - on the Isle of Man.
