  1. Thanks Craig, exactly the information I needed. It's a SV7-8 festoon, didn't know that, and quite limited space around it for alternatives. I'll talk to a few suppliers, but I may have to get this manufactured specifically. Chris.
  2. Thanks. That would be great, also any feedback on installation and looks.
  3. Good to hear, I was aiming for better than stock! Looking forward to the photos. When you post them maybe you could start a new topic? The are a couple of test kits out and it might be less confusing that way. Chris.
  4. Ok, thanks. I'll make the selection process clearer on the site,
  5. Got your order. BTW, there is a selection on the product page for "dome light with 2 reading lights" or "dome light (1 light)" What type of dome light do you have? Chris
  6. I've got one kit left ZRE172R Interior (map, vanity, dome, boot) Anyone interested?
  7. Hi Craig, Ok, I'm happy to send you a interior kit to try and I'll throw in the licence plate lights. Message me if you want to go ahead. Chris.
  8. Hey Chris Any of the 182R still available? Thanks, Daniel Which one would you like?
  9. Hi, It varies, I would recommend Cree or Osram in applications like fog lights or reversing lights, generally too harsh for interior use. As for the kits I supply, it depends on the model of the car but generally the LED panels used for dome lights are 5050 SMD, they give a good broad light for interior applications. I think most boot lights are way to small and dim, so I use the smaller size but high output 5620 SMD where applicable. In applications like reversing lights, high intensity Osram/5620 combination with a lens (on the left) are generally used. Although the Toyota 86 has an unusual mounting for its reversing lights (diagonal) so the one on the right gives a better result. Both these are relatively light weight, which is important as the T10/T15 connectors are "push in" and if you use heavy LED replacements vibration can dislodge it.
  10. Hi everyone, I'm after a little help. I've put together some LED lighting kits for late Corollas and other Toyota models and I was wondering if anyone is interested in trying them out and letting me know how they perform/fit, and if they can be improved on. I will provide them free of charge and mail them to you. The kits are yours to keep. In return I need them to be fitted to the model specified and helpful feedback provided. I can't tell you the name of the company as I want to remain within the forum rules. One of each of these Corolla kits will be made available for testing: 1 ZRE182R Exterior (license plate, parkers, reversing) 2 ZRE182R Interior (map, vanity, dome(1 or 2), boot) 3 ZRE172R Interior (map, vanity, dome, boot) 4 ZRE152R-hatch Interior (map, vanity, dome, boot) If you're interested let me know, either here or message me and I can provide you with a coupon for 100% off and free shipping. You can then order the selected kit from the e-store. Thanks, chris_revision
