  1. Hi. I am completely green at this, so please forgive me if I talk ****. Just purchased a Toyota Kluger, and I've now noticed that the maximum towing not braked is 700kg, but almost all the small trailers I've looked at are 750kg (not braked)! I take this to mean that I'd need to get a braked trailer if it's over 700kg, which makes it more expensive. The only sizes I've seen under that limit are 450kg or 600kg which are too small (the largest was 5'x 3', I need at least a 7' x 5' which I've only seen in 750kg). Does anyone have a 750kg which they use with their Kluger, and if so have you had any troubles, either registering it, being pulled over or it being too much strain on the car? I can't see the point in getting a 750kg trailer braked, I'd have to go larger, but then I can't justify that expense. Hope that makes some sort of sense. Cheers.
