Hi, help need, first time forum user from Nelson NZ - late of Christchurch (EQ refugee I suppose). I have a noise under the middle seating, noisier when seat is folded. My gge is stuck as he thinks the noise is from hydrolic vibration on the return fuel line after the injectors but have replaced a fuel line (after injectors) valve - still same. The noise is definate (shallow wine and louder when motor pulling up hill for eg. no noise heard when no gas or idle. Situ -- 4wks ago I started, on the first firing i got a unusual sound (lightly mechanical & small misfire shake - poss nothing?) from the passenger footwell (leftside) - I just thought that was strange. Days later I noticed this middle section noise i heard a pinging wine like an electric motor with a cooling fin hitting a hight spot. It almost becomes an electric wine. Gge has looked for something loose (a vibration attack) behind g/box = nothing. No smoke out back so not injector or reverb noise on the return fuel line. But the Gge still thinks it that - vibration noise along fuel Any ideas please; don't want to put words in mouth but pump a possibility Hmm! = money! john
