Thanks everybody for suggestions. We have since changed the"In Tank Fuel Filter" and the car seems to be going fine now. My wife says it has peeped for about 5 seconds a few days ago, with no dash light at all coming on. This of course happend to me 'before' we changed the Fuel Filter , and has now happened again after the change... very curious... Regards Andrew

Hello All, My new (2008) Corolla Levin SX just stopped on me yesterday. It was still showing between a 1/4 & 1/8 in the Tank, no fuel low level warning light showed. Put fuel in it and away we went, after a bit of cranking, but very worrying. Today went out for drive, speedo turned over 87000, soon after a beeping for about 15 seconds, no warning lights on dash at all.. Nothing else happened, just drove home, but still concerned... Any Helpful ideas appreciated.. Regards Andrew Levin SX
