  1. I unbolted the rear mufflers on my sx6 for 1 day.. The novelty wore off in about 2 hours.. Alot of drone inside the car.. Ive been thinking about removing the factory resonator and leaving the stock mufflers on but ive neva heard an aurion with that done to it (I dont want it stupidly loud).

Here is a video of someone that did a resonator delete on their Aurion, I personally don't like it.

  2. would you have any recommendations?

    For what?

Would it be better to go with muffler delete or changing rear muffler delete, and would I have less chance of losing power with muffler delete or some smaller rear mufflers?

Edit: Also what are some rear mufflers that have a good reputation on the back of an aurion?

  3. Just wondering what is the best 0 - 100 you could achieve in your aurions?

Mine is 6.2 seconds, with a stall to around 1300rpm I did this one night when I was out at a mates farm, he has a long flat closed road which leads upto the entrance of house, so I thought this would be the perfect time to do a 0 - 100 run, so this is my 0 - 100 completley stock car with 2 people in it.

I'm wondering if I had low fuel just 1 person and no spare tyre and jack if I could do a better time.
  4. Update, I disconnected the battery and the AC turned off although the button still doesn't work, so now I'm stuck without aircon.... so the Button seems to just not do anything.

Edit: I just want to add that that all other switches/buttons work, the only button working is the button in the middle to turn on/off the AC, however the middle temp controller and fan and which vents you want all of those switches work.

  5. Hey guys, I just picked up a 2007 Toyota Aurion SX6 Sportivo today and I found out the AC Button doesn't seem to do anything, it's seem it is stuck on and when I press it the AC Light stays on, the aircon is nice and cold so no issues it just seems the button doesn't work, I was wondering what the problem could be? and should I be better off taking it to a Mechanic or straight to Toyota?

Here is a video showing the issue

    All help is VERY appreciated!

  6. Hey guys! I just bought a 2007 Toyota Aurion Sportivo SX6 as I'm a huge fan of comfortable sedans with powerful engines, I was wondering what speeds would the car best react to putting my foot down (WOT), in my friends 2015 Aurion ATX if you put your footdown from around 40km/h the automatic downshifts right into the engines powerband, the same thing happens at 80km/h it downshifts into the engines powerband, I was wondering with my 2007 sx6 what would be the best speed to put my foot down so the auto goes straight into the powerband.

So any of you guys know what speed the aurions react best to when floored?
