What year model are you going to upgrade? A little bit expensive in maintaining v6 compare to 4 cyl but not that much. If youre after for the new model tarago i think 2nd row seat is 60/40 split and the 3rd row seat split flat. If its only the paint need doing your old tarago then go for it. If there is no other problem.
