  1. 2 sportivos are at windsor toyota (nsw) one dark blue and one silver (still in the wrap they come shipped in, with sticker saying batch no and made in south africa)
  2. Bring it to Australia... possibly one of the sexiest wagons around with go!!! 2.0L GT4 3STGE
  3. I am assuming the ascent has the same wiring as the conquest ok 1. connect brown connectors directly to fog lights 2. Take out coin tray and fit new micro relay (toyota or repco) as in pic.. 3. blue connector into switch your switch is different to mine. I only have 3 wires so you have to work out the switch configuration i.e. red-power, black-earth, blue-relay switching wire, green-illumination. or something like that.. the switching side of the relay needs to be earthed. if I knew the switch I could tell you more, sorry
  4. i dont know the kit you refer to I bought mine genuine. Is your toy facelift or pre facelift. the brown connectors plug directly into the globe HB3 or HB4. if your kit has different globes you might have an adapter in your kit. post a pic of the connectors in your kit and the instructions and I might be able to help you out.
  5. yo dale, was ya foggies the one that came in a package with the long wires etc ? if so when it talks about the green plug, what are they on about ? i havent opened the package yet but i cant see any green connectors. when i took off the front bumper yesterday, i noticed 2 brown plugs. hrmm those are the ones the instructions are quoting etc. ← the brown connectors are the fog wiring, the relay holder is behind the coin box and fuse i cant remember but might be in engine bay. if you want to diy i will look later and and post some pics
  6. Thanks. I think I'll save for the spring/shocks upgrade. ;) ← I bought king low springs $100 a pair whiteline front and rear sway bars $190 and $170 strut brace $165 result FN AWESOME, race through roundabouts no understeer
  7. I took the wite bottle out a few months ago on my conquest, I think you will find the bottle is to create resonance and reduce the inlet noise. this will in no way affect the engine if removed, just rip it out... if you are going to the auto elec to fit the fogs you might be wasting your money. All the wiring might be there like it was on my conquest, all i had to do is fit a switch, fuse and relay.
  8. I now have pics of pipe it should all make sense now 1zz-fe powered steet vac.. total price $30 + TRD panel filter
  9. it is on the indicator stalk and costs about $280 easiest way is to get a rocker switch and fit it next to the security light and coin holder
  10. Box the pod filter not the cai... I want to fit a cai to the factory box to stay legal using the trd panel filter in the factory box.. I could put flutes above the battery side in the bonnet and cut a hole in the factory box under the filter to allow more air flow using the air from the bonnet flutes. I dont know.. my idea was to cut a large hole at the front of the factory box and run 125mm flexable ducting to front of the car, thats why the battery needed to move.
  11. AS I SAID $200 Fine and defect notice for POD filter if it is uncovered NSW dont know about QLD
  12. I want to fit CAI and pod filter, problem is $200 fine. Solution fit TRD panel filter in factory box and fit CAI to airbox. Remove battery, plastic tray, metal support and drill holes (green lines in pic) refit support tray, plastic tray at 90 deg. fit battery andadjust batt cables to suit.. Buy batt tiedown from supercheap $4, 1/4 threaded rod, nuts, washers from Bunnings $3.50 Cut rod to size, heat and bend J into rod and fit.. Result more room to mod airbox and fit CAI
  13. I drove from brizz to syd at Christmas filled up Caltex opp Movie World (VORTEX) it was a cool day so no A/C made it to Hexam ( I think) roughly 750Km and put 45L in. I think I would have made it to Newcastle. But the wife panics when the fuel light is on. The car was full, me wife daughter, sub and over loaded with clothes and chrissy presents boot full to roof and back drivers side down fully loaded. So not too bad..
  14. I fitted whiteline rear swaybar all too easy, no more than 2 mins. I tried fitting the front but the ****s drilled the holes 10mm instead of 13mm, so and hour wasted there.. Unless you have a hoyst and reasonalble mechanical ability dont DIY the front swaybay
  15. Now these I like... nothing like polished chrome (at least when it's not overdone) :D ← They are actually hyper silver with a polished/chrome lip. Must say the silica tyres are great..
