  1. Hi all, I have a 2004 Rav4 with the running boards/side steps fitted. I'm planning to replace the brake pads however I noticed that the jack points to use the scissor jack is covered by the running board/side step. Is there a spot where I can position the scissor jack with running boards fitted? Thanks.
  2. Hey guys, This is a longshot but does anyone have this inlet air cleaner lying around that I can take for my 04 Stivo. Part# for reference is 1775121140
  3. Thanks mate. What sealant spray do you use?
  4. Here’s the replacement headlight from Ozeparts.
  5. Thanks mate, will order from the link I posted up. I actually got the LHS replaced a year or two ago through insurance when a big stray dog ran across the road and hit my car. So yeah LHS is still looking fresh. But RHS has a crack and fogged up.
  6. Trying to find the RHS headlight part number for my 04 Sportivo. Need to replace it since there’s a crack. Do you guys know if the ZZE122 headlight the same as the Sportivo ZZE123? https://www.ozeparts.com.au/1016346.html
  7. I ended up getting the Michelin PS4s on the 205/50s a few weeks ago and can definitely tell they grip much more than the Bridgestones. What tyre pressure did you have them on? The place that fitted them suggested they should be 34psi.
  8. Yep, I'm running on stock rims. Cool thanks for the suggestion on the 205/50s. Will be needing new tyres now but I'll check out the Michelin PS4s. Yeah will be interested to see reviews on the new RE004s when they come out.
  9. I ordered the o-ring at my local Toyota dealership the other day, should hopefully come today. Hoping that fixes the leak.
  10. Just checking what tyres you guys recommend for the stivo these days. I’ve always been running on Bridgestone Potenza 195/55R16 RE003 for the past 5+ years.
  11. Thanks mate, yeah I've seen that too and couldn't see the Oil Level Sensor part in the diagram. Maybe not all Sportivos has the same sump fitted? I just found this site http://general.toylexparts.com/corolla/158340/zze122r-ghmgkn/0/018/2/8401/844882a/89491A which shows the sensor - Figure: 89491A - Part#: 8949360010 Hoping this is the right part - will be dropping by Bursons to see if it's the right one
  12. Hi guys, I have a 2004 Corolla Sportivo and I'm looking at replacing the Engine Oil Level Sensor (part that is connected to the oil pan) since there is oil leaking from the screw which I believe may be the O-Ring / Gasket that is causing the leak. I've been trying to search online for the part number for the O-Ring or even the part itself, and I can't find it anywhere. I was hoping someone would be able to help me out. Cheers
  13. Hi All, I was about to replace my brake pads today and was going to lube the slider pins. When I attempted to remove one of the slider pin's from the caliper by pulling the boot cover (which is my mistake) instead of just sliding out the pin from the boot cover, the boot cover ripped off. Do you guys know if the boot cover can be replaced or would I have replace the caliper? I may have found the part which is part# is 47775-50010. Has anyone had to replace the slider pin boot cover before? Thanks. layzie
  14. Hi. I've had my corolla for about 5 years now and Ive never changed the spark plugs. Is there a specific type/fitting for my 96 corolla? I was looking at getting a bosch or ngk? Thanks
  15. Hey Everyone. I haven't been here since 2010-2011? LOL Anyway I'm looking for a slimline window visor for my 2004 Sportivo. Any ideas where I can get them? Cheers
  16. Just bought the Century NS40ZLSX and its too high for the brackets. Ill have a look at the Bosch ones. Dont know why its so hard to find a battery for the sportivo >.<
  17. doesnt it matter which battery i use, as long as it fits in the tray or somehow make adjustments to fit it in the tray?
  18. WOW haven't posted here in yearssss! LOL I've had my 2004 sprotivo since 2007 and I believe it still has its factory battery. I'm looking to get a new battery, probably a century high performance or high performance. I went to supercheap auto yesterday and they said they don't stock batteries for my stivo. I even checked their book with the lists of batteries and surprisingly enough corolla sportivo or zze123 isnt even listed. Does anyone know which model battery to get? Cheers
  19. I changed oil to Penrite HPR 30 20W-60 oil today. Lets see if that would stop the disappearing oil
  20. ahh sorry about that, i was using my iphone and pressed submit 3 times coz it wasnt loading. just checked and it doesnt actually have a washer in the sump plug. Last time i changed oil was with a mechanics. All the shops are closed now and cant get a washer and my car is in the garage still draining oil. Do i really need the washer?
  21. Hey guys about to change oil what is the size of the washer for oil sump? Is it necessary to replace it? Btw this is for a sportivo

  24. Im changing oil on my sportivo this weekend. Ive always been using castrol magnatec 10W-40. Anyone recommend any better oil? And what viscosity should we be using on the sportivo? The book does say 5W-30, but ive been reading through the posts and some use 10W-40, 5W-30 or 5W-40
  25. Ok im going to change oil this weekend, going to use 20W-50 castrol gtx2 and add some additive to see if that will stop my car from losing oil. I also noticed that when the car is idling around 700RPM or less that is when the oil pressure light begins to flash
